We fell in love with this house the moment we saw it. it has wonderful views but most of all a great sense of callmness and warmth. We have spent there lots of holidays with our family going to the square for coffes, swimming in the nearby beaches, having delicious meals in town. In the evenings it is so nice just to sit in the garden and enjoy the fresh air and the orange trees.

 

The town has great shopping and awide selection of restaurants and cafes. there are two gorgeous castles in town one of them in the sea. From the house you can see the big castle on the hill all light up in the night. It is quite the site.

Of course by now we have our favourite restaurants that we are more than happy to share with you but most importantly the ice-cream shop own by our dear friend Marcelo and his sister Claudia. The best ice-cream in the world. 

Nafplio is a town that will stay in your heart for ever and our house will make this experience even so more warm and comfortable. being situated in the heart of Old Nafplio you can walk anywhere and enjoy restful and stressless days.

Our representative Nafsika (who is actually my mum) will be more than happy to assist you with any enquiries you might have. She is also an excellent cook! 

The house comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 4 single and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking house

Please be careful with Dogs not to distroy the furniture some of it is very old.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views.

The house is right beside walking, cycling, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the house you will find mountain biking, horse riding.

James says: "We enjoyed staying here hugely! The house is in a superb location, well equipped and very comfortable. It has its own rhythm and personality, which we really enjoyed, and the views are fantastic. The garden is a real asset, and we spent hours lounging in it, reading, eating and chatting. The photos on the site really dont do it justice. Maria and Nafsika were both very helpful and sprang into action when we had a temporary power failure following a cataclysmic thunderstorm! It was so good to stay in a house that is clearly someones holiday home rather than kitted out simply as a place to let... And we wouldnt hesitate to book again or recommend to friends. Only other comment is that the description says "2 bathrooms and 1 WC" - 2 bathrooms yes, but another WC - couldnt find it?! Didnt matter to us but you might want to revise the description."
