This a spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment - (I added the other bedroom to the next door flat,) and has the same living room, bathroom, balcony , hall etc as a 2 bedroom flat .
It is far more roomy and well equipped than an aparthotel bedsitting room for the use of two people, for little extra cost. Alternatively, a family or group of close friends could sleep 5,+ a baby cosily, more cheaply than a 2 bedroom apartment.

Two comfortable bunk beds in the entrance alcove have bed lights and a mahogany screen to pull across. In the bedroom,one of the twin beds can be extended to make a small double or an extra single. There is a folded wooden cot. The bedroom has a large fitted cupboard, plenty of hangers, a chest of drawers and mirrors.

The terrace overlooks the pool and nature reserve, it has wooden chairs and table and a view of the mountains and sea from the side. The sitting room has comfortable leather sofas, tables, lamps, TV, DVD, radio/cd player, games, books etc and a very well equiped kitchen area. The bathroom has a large shower, shelves for your belongings, a hook for your clothes, and plenty of hot water.

If a flat sleeping up to nine is required, the secure interconnecting door between the apartments can be unlocked and the two apartment used as one.  

Few Europeans know of this sunny friendly coast only a few kilometers from Spain- they think of Morocco as Marrakesh and desert! But here fertile lands growing amazing fruit and vegetables sweep down to the golden beaches and the warm Mediterranean sea. The King has required sensitive development- his summer palace is ten minutes from the complex-so buildings are low rise, but plumbing and roads are modern.
The life of Moroccans still reflects an ancient culture, the medinas of Tetouin and Chefchouan take you back to past centuries and you can watch unchanged handicrafts being practiced and buy jewel like pottery , carpets and kaftans. Crime is very low and people are welcoming and friendly. Prices are lower than in Europe, especially in the wonderful restaurants.

Bird watchers will glory in the 400 species that migrate between Africa and Europe here and naturalists admire the carpets of wild flowers on the mountains in Spring. There is an excellent riding stables within walking distance- midnight riding along the beach is popular. 

The apartment and complex has everything you need -you could just chill out! Lie in the sun by the pool sipping cold drinks, the complex shop will provide food, meals and drinks, watch your favourite programns on satelite TV, have a massage, let your children splash in the pool or run round the garden , it is a safe gated complex .

Taxis are cheap, go on expeditions to nearby resorts or the water park, or have an hour or a days pampering at the thalassotherapy centre 15 mins away. Go duty free shopping in Ceuta or find a bargain in the medina. Take a ride on the excellent horses from the stables nearby.

Explore the fascinating Moroccan way of life, visit the local fish market, go out in a fishing boat,visit the museums and handcraft centre in Tetouin. Take to the mountains and see Chefchouan, famous for the beauty of its tiny blue- shadowed alleys,inviting handicraft shops and views.This is a good place for hiking too.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double bunk beds located in the Alcove- with mahogany screen for privacy. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
