Our 1 bedroomed apartment in Flachau is a modern, spacious, and comfortable property offering generous accommodation for up to 4 people (55 m2). It was newly built in November 2008 to exacting standards and is within walking distance (100 metres) of the Achter Jet ski lifts and après-ski. A bus stop is directly opposite the property if access to alternative ski slopes and gondolas is required. The apartment is right on the edge of the village - the centre being a short 5 minute walk away.

The property offers under-floor heating throughout, a modern kitchen and a 42” TV with English channels. The leather sofa-bed converts to a comfortable 4’6” bed and the large bathroom has a corner bath and separate walk-in shower. The bedroom has a Superkingsize bed and ample Wardrobe space. Access to the 2nd floor apartment can be gained by either stairs or by lift - very welcome at the end of a day skiing or walking!

The large south-facing balcony (19.5 m2) overlooks the mountains and the Flachau valley. The apartment has a cellar and boot room for storing your skis and boots, an underground car park is available for your use also.

 

 

 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room - converts to 46" bed. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Only 1 small dog. Not permitted on the beds. 

Property is suitable for wheelchairs
The car park is level or underground and the lft has access from either car park. Once on the correct floor, the aprtment is on one level with wide doorways. Obviously the winter period would mean ice and snow so this time may limit suitability. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside walking, cycling, skiing/snowboarding, a restaurant.

Close to the apartment you will find climbing, horse riding, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: If you want to wake up with an amazing view of the alps then this is the place for you. A stylish,spacious apartment which has fab floor to celing windows in the lounge and bedroom so always feels light and airy. The great underground parking facilities deserve a mention as they are completely secure and you don't even have to scrape your car off in the mornings! Another factor is there is a lift so if you're travelling with someone who's not great with stairs or in a wheel chair access would be easy. The ski bus stops near by but if you have a car you can drive to numerous ski resorts within 20 minutes drive. If you're up on the slopes there are plenty of places to eat self service or waiter service and you don't always need to speak German though it does help- thank goodness I had my husband with me!
Can't recommend restaurants as we cooked for ourselves in the kitchen which had everything you could possibly need.
Lastly the apartment has a huge balcony which would be fab in the summer for dining and sunbathing or just gazing across to the beautiful snow capped mountains on a cold winters nights.
