Each property has one full bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin wc and well lit mirrors, one ensuite bathroom off the double bedroom and a separate downstairs WC. There is also a roof terrace providing far reaching views and the perfect sunbathing opportunity. The properties all have private parking and lifts to each floor.

While snow is very rare on the central plain and coast, snowfall occurs every year between December and April in areas with an altitude exceeding 1000m. The higher slopes of the Troodos mountains provide good skiing conditions for about 6 weeks a year.

Cyprus has two international airports, Larnaca to the North and Paphos to the South, both are approximately 4 hours flying time from the UK. There are currently over 40 airlines operating some 260 flights per week with the frequency and cost continuously improving.
The modern motorways linking the larger towns are excellent, and petrol costs roughly half its UK equivalent price. Driving is on the left as in the UK making the car an easy and cheap means of travel.
Public transport is also cheap and efficient.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge Area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
