The property will be clean on arrival and will only be cleaned again during the rental period if stay is for more than a week, unless otherwise requested and paid direct to cleaning agents.

Property has air conditioning - expelling cold and hot air if necessary.
The living room also has an open fire for those colder months!

Outside
Heated outdoor pool - available April to October. This is a public pool with a small charge. It has a large pool (30m) and also a small childrens pool and play area.
The pool backs onto the beach, where there are also tennis courts.
 

Coast/Beach
Sandy beach which goes all the way to the Spanish border -extensive area and only 5/10 mins walk from the property.

Golf
Many golf courses near the property - main ones being Tavira, Castro Marim and at the local golf resorts.

Travel
40 mins easy drive from Faro airport.
Hire car recommended for ease but airport transfers can be arranged

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, wind surfing, shopping areas, a themepark.
