We bought this property in this area due to the fact that its only a easy walk distance from the center of the village and to the beatifull Obidos Lagoon.
Apart of this it is located in a really quiet neighbourhood that supllies safety to our family.

In the development there is also FREE access to a tennis court (public) located a few steps from the villa - 40 seconds walk.

 

Theres a tennis court in the development, a sailing school with diferent possible water sports activity, theres a sports center in the village open in the night where kids play football and where you will be allowed to play in case you have the necessary sports equipment.
A short drive from the villa you will find Caldas da Rainha where you will get access to a new shopping center and also to a new bowling center.
Something not to loose is the Obidos Castle.
A drive along the coast will be a unforgetable experience. 

For who likes to stay around the house and walk a car will not be required, as the village of Nadadouro as all the essentials, even so a car is recommend allowing you to run the coast and find all the attractions that the area has to offer you.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Downstairs bedroom/Play room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

One bedroom & bathroom with shower downstairs. Ground with no stairs all in one level. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, golf, scuba diving, a zoo, a themepark.
