The house is situated in an area called Los Almendros. It is situated in the South of Spain in the mountains, 10-15 minutes by car from the Mediterranean see. It is a very tranquile place, not even a village, but an area consisting of a numer of houses situated on a sloap facing the see, off the main road between Velez Malaga and a small town of Arenas. Los Almendros is close to Malaga (45 km) and Velez Malaga (4 km), and this location offers great opportunities for visits to many interesting places. For instance what about a drive into the mountains and its beautiful scenery, a walk at the sea, or a visit to the vineyards of the hinterland. There are also countless historical seights nearby. If you are keen on shopping, you will love the Malaga shopping district and you will find many tempting offers. While you are there, you should take a tour and see some more of Anadalusia and other neighboring areas, visit places like Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Gibraltar, Ronda and Cadiz.

The area is called "Costa del Sol" and once you visit, you will know why.

If you are interested in water sports, the nearby see offers great opportunities also for beginners. Here you will find excellent surfing and sailing schools. If you prefer to bask in the sun on the beach or go for a swim in the Mediterranean, you have come to the right place. There are no less than 325 sunny days a year!

If you are interested in wine, you simply must taste the local wines from nearby winaries. In the neighbouring village, Arenas, you will find Cava where you can taste the wine free of charge with no obligation to buy, if you don´t like the wine.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.
