The Apartment
The apartment is a one bedroom property on the main road, Avenida de Tirajana, in Playa del Ingles suitable for up to four persons. It has been fitted out as a holiday home, so those little extras you always have to carry with you when staying at the typical resort should already be in place for you.
(PLEASE NOTE: While the apartment will accommodate 4, you may find it more comfortable for 2 or 3 maximum. I may ask for additional information before accepting a booking and reserve the right to refuse bookings from groups under the age of 25 or to increase the security deposit appropriately. Accommodation
The bedroom is furnished with twin beds but can easily be arranged as a double, simply let us know your preference. There is a fitted wardrobe built in too. Further sleeping accommodation is available in the living area in the form of a double sofa-bed. A chest of drawers for guests accomodated on the sofa is available in the hallway. A safety deposit box is incorporated into the apartment.
The living area will seat you comfortably and provides a television as well as a DVD player and iPod docking station. Up a slight step is the kitchen, with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and the other essentials for self-catering.
A dining table and further seating is provided on the balcony.

Maid Services
As a holiday home rather than a serviced hotel, standard maid service and cleaning is provided once a week, and before arrival, with the apartment fully cleaned, bed linen provided and towels changed.

Camilla says: "We enjoyed our stay very much - the apartment is comfortable with all that is needed for a good holiday - esp liked the ipod docking station for music.
Bathroon was great - lovely big shower.
Pool is another plus point - cleaned daily and plenty of sunbeds - sunny til about 5-6pm (when we went in Oct)
The apt is central and close to the beach - approx 15min walk - lots to do during the evenings.
Overall a relaxing and very enjoyable week was had by us.
