Mirador Golf resort is a small quiet development that is situated near wide sandy beaches and Northern Moroccos finest golf course. The prestigious Cabo Negro golf course has 18 holes and was designed by Hawtree & Sons. The apartments have large ceiling to floor windows opening onto large 9 metre terraces offering panoramic views of the beautiful mountains, the Mediterreanean and beyond.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and 2 singles beds. The lounge is spacious with a deluxe highend sofa, which could double as a further bed. The Television has cable with a English channels.
The lounge opens up onto the patio. The patio has table and chairs overlooking the pool and mountains to enjoy the amazing Moroccan evenings.

With the apartment on the top floor the apartement has a majestic serenity.

The kitchen has all the mod cons needed, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, dining table and chairs and washing machine.


 

With Mirador golf being a new development the facilities will be of the highest order. The swimming pool is spectacular pool with on-site bar, on site store and cafe /restaraunt and in due course (being built at time of writing due to be finished early 2010) there will be a play area for children, a tennis court for sport enthusiasts, and a restaurant with terrace from which you are able to enjoy beautiful sea views.
On many evenings during the summer months, entertainment is provided on site.

Mirador golf is situated near the pretty villages of Cabo Negor and Mdiq, with the larger town of Tetouan a few kilomteres away. Tetouans medina is a world heritage site and has to be seen to be believed!

Mdiq and Cabo Negro offer an excellent aray of restaurants - local and european. The beautiful port area offers a lively ambiance with bars and dicostheques.

A few kilomentres away is large supermarket which sells everything you need.

Tangier is 40 minute drive and other large Moroccan towns are within a drive away Fez being the most spectacular (3 hours drive). The world famous Chefchaouen is a short drive away.

Car hire is easy from Tangier and taxi numbers can be given to interested parties. Our agent can provide details of car hire and taxi numbers.

The complex is manned 24 hours by security guards.

Please note during Ramadam the area and facilities are considerably quieter, yet main towns, markets, Port bars remain busy.

Morgan says: "We enjoyed a week stay in Cabo Negro during the first week of Ramadan. It was a great time to go because everything was empty and quiet. The pool was gorgeous and looked after quite well. The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids, with a balcony that overlooks the pool area. The kids playground area was not completed as of 08/2009 during our stay. We had our own car - and would recommend you rent a car for the location of this property. We cooked all our own meals except for one night where we went to a neighboring town Mdiq for a great fish dinner. There is also a restaurant/cafe in the complex that has Wifi internet access and great food. The owners speak English and are very willing to accommodate all your needs. "
