This is a beautiful, brand new villa, completed late in 2007 and never before rented. It has a wonderful location in the very private and quiet hill top location of Bon Aire. Bon Aire is on the opposite side of Pollenca bay to Puerto Pollenca and overlooks directly the famous Hotel Formentor.

All the furniture, beds, fixtures and fittings are new. At the bottom of the hill is the charming
small port and famous Crocodillo restaurant along with a supermarket, a couple of bars and restaurants and of course the sea. The shops and restaurants of the lovely old town of Alcudia are just 5 minutes by car and the lively bars, sea front cafes and nightlife of Puerto Alcudia are just 10 minutes by car. Puerto Pollenca is a very scenic 12 minute drive along the sea front. 

Golf and Fishing Mallorca has many great golf courses but the new course at Alcanada, Alcudia is considered to be amongst the best. Created over 5 years by the Porshe family (some of the golf buggys have Porsche 911 headlights) the course has been built on the headland that divides Alcudia bay from Pollenca bay and offers breath taking views of the coast. The course is about 15 - 20 minutes drive from Pollenca and booking a tee time is relatively easy by phone. Clubs can also be provided. For those interested in sport fishing, the waters around the North of Mallorca are excellent for tuna, barracuda, amber jack, shark, bass and a variety of smaller species. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
