Ideal for the discerning traveler this three bedroom farmhouse offers the ultimate in luxury accommodation including small indoor pool with hydro-massage, central heating, fully air-conditioned and wireless internet. Apart from these the property has a large and private pool deck which houses the good sized pool, outdoor furniture and shady gazebo complete with BBQ. Surrounded by mature gardens this area is completely private and truly offers a peaceful stay. The farmhouse is conveniently located close to the Qala village square where one can find a nice selection of bars and restaurants, grocery stores and other daily amenities.  

 

 

The farm house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the 1 Folding bed available, can be placed anywhere. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the farm house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

glyn says: "Enjoyed our stay in Quala, Gozo and the farmhouse is full of character. Pool area was very good and private. Although we loved the propertys character, to class as luxury accommodation is exaggerated. To be honest it seems the place has been let go a bit and looks tired. Cleaning regime is also not to high enough standard. Carelessness like no curtain in main bedroom and lots of bulbs not working in house. No telephone in house as described. No operating instructions for oven and washing machine which were both a bit odd to operate. Front courtyard lot of plants dead or ill-maintained and old plastic table left there which again is careless. Shame really as the house could be lovely with some TLC. For the price charged accommodation should be of a higher internal standard in my view. "

Glyn, thanks for your comments. While I take your comments on board, I find your review a bit unfair. It is true there where lightbulbs not working but we changed these in less than half an hour. You could have brought up this easily when we spoke and I would have fixed it on the spot. We sorted out the washing machine operating the first day so not sure why you are bringing this up? We never had complaints on the cleaning standard but I must point out that this is an old house whose stone walls do flake thus maybe giving the impression of uncleanliness. Most of the problems you mentioned could have been fixed easily while in Gozo and in fact when we spoke a few times you never brought these things up. Maybe you do not consider the property as a five star residence but it certainly deserves more than the one star youve given it.
