Our apartment has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday and just 300 meters from the beach with sea views from the balcony.

The apartment sleeps up to six people and is fully fitted including balcony table and chairs, lounge/diner, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (two with twin beds), bathroom with shower, lounge has a pull-out bed-settee which sleeps an extra 2 people, secure underground car parking, secure gated childrens play area just outside the apartment and away from any roads, also there is a Large communal pool with a childrens paddling pool* .

The kitchen comprises of electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, toaster and most everything else you need for a self-catering Holiday. The lounge has a TV with a dining area for six people. There is also hot and cool air conditioning, an iron and iron board are also included. Clean towels and bed linen are provided and will be cleaned free as part of the rental booking when you vacate the property.

Oropesa del mar started life as a picturesque fishing village on the east coast of Spain approximately 80 kilometers north of the beautifully historic city of Valencia.

Featuring The Tower of the King,a great monument of defensive character that possesses Oropesa, nowadays one of the last known Valencian military buildings. Its aesthetics presents an unique, Renaissance style among the military architecture of the XVI century.

Today Oropesa has grown in size and stature alongside the Fantastic development that is Marina Dor, creating a bustling holiday town in the summer months and a quiet friendly village in the winter months.

There are many towns and villages within short driving distances to create a holiday adventure you will always remember. With over 300 days of beautiful sunshine here on the orange-blossom coast you are never far away from the lovely warm sunshine with average temperatures in summer around the 30 degree mark and in winter a chilly (for the spanish who have thin blood!) 10 degrees.

There are several Golf Courses within driving distance of the Resort, the closest being the club de mediterraneo just outside of Castello about 15 miles from the Resort

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, tennis, a sports center, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find flying, golf, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

2 Theme parks on site plus a Waterpark for 2009.

Annabel says: "The flat was perfectly suitable for our requirements as we spent our days with friends in Benicassim so only needed the flat for sleeping purposes. I think that we would have been disappointed by the position of the flat if we had come to spend time at the Marina dOr resort. The view over the waste land and railway at the back was not inspiring. However being at the back of the building meant that it was very quiet in the evenings and at night. The flat itself had everything we needed and was well equipped - the air conditioning was very efficient. The security was also good. It would have been helpful to have an extra mirror outside the bathroom and also a fitted safe to secure our passports and valuables. The ventilation in the bathroom did not seem to work and the water leaked under the "anti-splash" perspex folding shower "door" causing a big puddle on the floor when showering, but there were no other problems. The resort was busy with plenty of restaurants and activities but not within walking distance of the flat. We enjoyed ourselves but probably wont come back. Thanks to Dave and Jenny for being there. "
