Villa Turquoise is located on the East coast of Zanzibar just outside the peaceful village of Matemwe. The owners stay in the house every 3 months and have brought the level of comfort, luxury and service to the highest on the island.

Villa Turquoise is located right on the beach with stunning views on the lagoon and the Indian ocean. The villa offers full privacy (private beach,pool and garden) and guarantees a very relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

 

This luxury villa is brand new, built in East African colonial style with an impressive thatch Makuti roof and is fully equipped and serviced. The house is siutuated in a large tropical garden with palm trees and features a large private pool with a shallow end ideal for children.

Plenty amenitiues are available for relaxation and sports including a boat to go snorkelling, diving or fishing. 

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 5 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, shopping areas.

I highly recommend this property...you will not be disappointed.
