This cottage like terraced house is extremely well designed to provide maximum comfort for up to four people. Both of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities and comfortable pocket sprung beds. There is a downstairs toilet and the kitchen is very well equipped for all catering needs. The lounge has two comfortable leather two seater sofas and a dining table. The patio just outside is a sun trap and is adorned with an attractive patio table, chairs and parasol. Guests have free use of the gas barbeque with gas provided.

Built in 2009 guests will benefit from the comforts of a new house with new equipment and furnishings.

For entertainment there is a 26" HD ready LCD TV with a digital tuner and freeview, along with a panasonic DVD player and recorder and iPod speakers with integrated radio.

Children are welcome, but the property is not suitable for children under the age of 4 years. 

In the centre of Combe Martin the property is ideally suited for exploring Exmore and the Heritage Coast on foot. A walk from the front door of the cottage will get you into Exmoor in 5 - 10 minutes and to the top of Little Hangman (Headland overlooking coast) in under 1 hour. Walk along the flat from the cottage to the beach in 5 - 10 minutes, where you will find tourist shops and restaurants along the habour wall.

Nearby is Ilfracombe with the famous tunnel beaches and Landmark theatre. On the quay, by the harbour, are shops and restaurants including one by Damien Hirst.

Slightly further afield are fantastic surfing beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands.

Places to visit include Lynton. Lynmouth and Clovelly. Barnstaple is an excellent town for shopping with a wide range of eating and drinking options, the superb Queens Theatre and a mutli-screen cinema right in the heart of the town.

 

The cottage is new, well equipped and comfortable. With 2 en-suites it is ideal for two couples or a family with two children to enjoy a week or two together. It is well set up for eating in, barbeques on the patio or eating out without needing to take the car.

The location offers so many advantages in terms of exploring Exmoor and the Heritage Coast on foot. The local beach is well sheltered with sand and lots of rock pools for children to explore.

Nearby the beaches of Woolacombe and Croyde are superb and Lynton, Lynmouth and Clovelly are excellent places to visit.

North Devon offers a wealth of tourist attractions and things to do, including Gardens, Quad Bikes, Karting, Horseriding, Paint Balling, Surfing etc. 

We do provide pillows duvets and all bed linen, but not towels. There is a iPod speaker system with integrated radio and a DVD recorder with some blank DVDs for recording. The front of the property is situated in a private cul-de-sac, and has its own dedicated parking space plus the use of additional shared private parking with other residents. The back of the property overlooks a small enclosed garden and patio area. There is a food store just around the corner and the nearest eating place (Pack of Cards) is only 5 minutes walk.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people.

The village house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The village house has television dvd. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The village house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
