A lovely third floor apartment with two balconies
This apartment has the benefit of two terraces that give you the ability to enjoy the sun from morning till night.
The east terrace is huge, around 40 square metres, and is half open and half covered by the terrace above. This allows you to enjoy the sun from first thing in the morning, or to move back a little way and get into the shade if it gets too hot.
The west terrace is the same except it benefits from the afternoon and evening sun, right until the sun disappears behind the mountains at around 9.30 pm in the summer.
The apartment itself has two generous sized bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with large built in wardrobes.
The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, powerful overbath shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The twin room has the use of the second shower room with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Both bedrooms lead onto the east terrace through large patio doors.
The kitchen is small, but fully fitted, and has everything needed to cater for a family.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine installed.
The lounge diner is again of reasonable size with plenty of room for four people.
Access to the west terrace is through large patio doors leading from the lounge.
The west terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the evening sun and will probably end up being where most of your meals will be eaten, if you arent out enjoying one of the many restaurants in the area.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: This apartment is fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations! There is so much space and it is so comfortable that you really feel like you are in a home away from home.
The balconies are amazing! There are balconies on both sides of the apartment which means that you can always get sun or shade throughout the entire day. The views across the valley from one of the balconies is superb. In fact, the balconies are so nice that my girlfriend and I rarely went out for dinner as we preferred to cook on the BBQ that is provided and spend entire evenings sat outside!
I can not think of any negative points - everything is better than we could have hoped for. Everything you could possibly need is included, from kitchen appliances/utensils to sun loungers to the BBQ to comfortable beds to modern washing machine and perfectly working (and quiet) air con!
It is easy to park and is in a great location for visiting the old town of Mijas, local beach resorts or the bigger cities of Puerto Banus, Malaga etc.
Thoroughly recommended and we will most definitely return - maybe with more people next time as there is plenty of space in the apartment!
