This luxurious, newly built holiday home is located on the Atlantic drive at Dundoan Lower, Downings, only one mile from the well known "Singing Pub" and two miles from Downings village. Superb white sandy beaches are just a few minutes walk from the property. You can enjoy golfing at Rossapenna Golf Links, an 18 hole course with its newly built golf pavillion and St Patricks Golf Links Carrigart.
Other activites in the area include horse riding, water sports,deep sea angling,diving, walking,pitch and putt. The Magherabeg Leisure Centre is located in Downings and features a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and gym. A new spa is available in the Rosapenna Hotel.

Bedroom No.2 has sea views, Kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom tiled throughout with sea views, electric shower.
Bedroom No.3 is upstairs with solid wood floor, sea views,2 beds 1 Kingsize,1Superking(or 1 Kingsize and 2 Singles),en-suite bathroom tiled throughout with sea views,bath with overhead shower.
The fully fitted kitchen/diningroom with Velstone worksurface, fridge/freezer electric, hob/oven, extractor fan microwave,dishwasher and oil stove. Good quality delph, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils are provided for cooking. A washer/dryer is located in the utility room.
The Lounge is upstairs with wonderful views over Mulroy Bay and has a stone built open fire, solid wood floor, SatelliteT.V/ DVD/VCR player and comfortable seating, a double sofa bed is also available.
There is also a seperate toilet downstairs. All floors downstairs are tiled.
The Sunroom has comfortable seating and doors leading to patio & garden fully equipped with a barbeque, patio furniture where Al Fresco dining may be enjoyed, sun loungers are also available.

The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

We will accept a total of 3 dogs in the living area of the house.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside a beach, fishing, walking, cycling, scuba diving.

Close to the cottage you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, a sports center, a restaurant.
