La Cigala is part of Casa Cigala a luxury clifftop estate ( adjacent to Casa Alegria) and is the main house providing a total of 5 bedrooms,private pool with poolside chill-out room,and direct cliif top access to the sea.

The estate is private and has a gated electric entrance with ample parking and carport spaces.
 

La Cigala was renovated in 2007.

It has a studio bedroom with bathroom en-suite, terrace and seperate entrance. The master bedroom with en-suite has sea-views from its private roof terrace. There are 2 further double bedrooms en-suite, and a twin bedroom with en-suite and roof terrace access.

Sleeping capacity is 10-12 ( if optional Pool House suite is booked)

The estate is equipped with Sky-TV (with free to air channels only) and DVD players, Hi-Fi, and WLAN Internet access.

These prices include one mid-clean (on Wednesday) and one clean and complete change of linens and towels on Saturday for bookings of 14 nights


All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning and central heating.

The large living-room with fireplace leads on to the garden terrace with bbq and on into the main garden leading to the clifftop and southerly view across the sea.

Adjacent to the main lounge is a television room, and La Cigala has a fully equiped kitchen.
 

The Pool House suite can be booked as an optional extra, and sleeps 2 en-suite.


Note: From summer 2009 the guests of the owners may stay at the estate in another property (La Fourmi) which is adjacent to the main house. Rental guests privacy is assured at all times. 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin, 5 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The studio bedroom has direct ground floor access to the car parking area. The house is on flat ground so easily accessable. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a summer house, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
