A 5 minute walk to the sandy beaches of Mojacar Playa, offer you the choice of idyllic seclusion or summer energy. Sand filled beach bars bring a real Bohemian feel to some, while the sophistication of more up market beach front eateries appeals to others. Mojacar now boasts some of the most sophisticated nightlife to be found beachside in Spain. Late night bars such as Lua and Mandelas are a must see if only for their splendour!

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, historic sites, shopping areas.
