Martin says: "The positioning of the apartment was good as it was close to all amenities.It might be best if you leave the car at home and come by train or coach as parking in most of Brighton & Hove is residents permit only.We parked 3 miles away at the marina as it was free parking there. The apartment was adequet in size for 2 poeple.When you go into the property you go in the front door then through another door with coded entry.you then go down the stairs into the apartment.You have a kitchen/living area,separate bedroom & bathroom.There is also a small patio outside. The carpet in the stairs was worn & fraying in places & could do with being replaced.Some of the fixtures & fittings were a bit old fashioned but it wasnt a major problem as i think that this is reflected in the price.The kitchen units were very nice & the king size bed was very comfortable & all the bed linen was spotless.The TV was very small but it wasnt a problem as you dont go to Brighton to watch TV.There is so much going on that you wont be in most of the time anyway.We would book this apartment again as it is in the thick of all the action & the price is reasonable. "
