Description
The Villa is 140m2, settled with luxurious Cretan marbles and built in two levels. In the unified area of the ground floor there is a living room with traditional fireplace and satellite TV, dining-room, a full-equipped kitchen, and a bath.
The inner marble ladder leads to the first floor of the Villa, with three wooden-ceiling- and air conditioned bedrooms (one room with double bed and two rooms with two single beds) and a marble bathroom with bath tub. All bedrooms have balconies, which lead to the spacious private place with the swimming pool.
The Villa’s private swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) and children pool (2,3 x 2,3 m) are 1,30-1,50m and 70cm deep. In the area around the pool, you can find many sorts of palm trees, fruit-bearing trees and flowers, as well as umbrellas, deck-chairs, towels and a shower.
The Villa’s garden has a private kiosk with two stands and a table surrounded by vine arbours and a variety of flowers. This relaxing part of the Villa has also a barbeque place and a wooden oven where fresh bread and traditional dishes can be baked.
The Villa is a private area, with an individual parking place, enclosed by rare-stoned fence and an automatic door. The bedrooms include air condition and central heating, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
