Verdemar is a residential complex of 60 townhouses set around communal gardens with two swimming pools (open 7 June to 30 September). The houses have been built to a very high specification with all mod cons. 

Verdemar backs onto the 27 hole Islantilla Golf Course - nominated in Golf Digests Top 100 European courses. Within a 10 minute walk you can be on the beautiful Antilla beach which is Blue Flag status. All along the beach promenade are restaurants and lively bars. 

Islantilla golf and beach resort is a good centre from which to explore the Northern Costa de la Luz. Portugal is just 20 minutes away by car as well. From Islantilla, the magnificent city of Seville is an hour away by car and this whole area of Spain is full of interesting places and buildings to explore.

Huelva Province is Spains least spoilt coastal province and our visitors all enjoy the gentle pace of life, the strong traditions and culture and, of course, the wonderful food.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Pets are welcome
Small to medium size pets are allowed but must never be left unattended in the house. Pets must be kept on a lead within the complex. There are many nearby walks for dogs.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside walking, cycling, golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, horse riding.

Within easy reach of the house you will find tennis.
