The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family Room. This gives room for up to 16 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Marie says: "Wonderful home, very clean and well maintained, had a fantastic vacation and played some wonderful golf courses. I would recommend to all,so much more than a hotel room and yet plety of room for socializing in. I have been in touch with regards to rebooking for next year, as the kids want to go to the new Harry Potter theme park at Universal. Just one thing the pictures on the website do not show this home as well as it should, its so much better when you get there"
