Our unit also comes with optional daily maid service, and parking is available - for a very nominal extra fee.

Our vacation condo is just a short taxi or Jeepney ride (3-5 minutes) from the most modern, upscale shopping centers in Asia! You're also just a short drive away from both Clark AFB and Subic Bay - former U.S. military bases, that have been transformed into free trade zones. The perfect place to pick up anything you need - tax free and cheap!

The building has wheel chair access, and getting around in a wheel chair is no problem. Our shower is easy to get in and out of - however there are no extra handles on the walls for this purpose. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
