A few minutes drive from the Arenal beach and terraces. restaurabts, pubs,clubs,supermarkets etc. The Villa (built in 2004) is a modern fully equipped Villa built among the pine trees on the prestigious La Cala development adjacent to the green zone. The modern urbanisation of La Cala has mains water, gas, electricity and sewerage. the property has central heating for winter stays. The bedrooms are air conditioned. 

The villa has three bedrooms on two levels, two doubles and one twin with a shower room downstairs and a bathroom/shower upstairs. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
Then kitchen has hob,oven, microwave,dishwaser,washing machine,fridge freezer and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
Lots of dining areas including the covered terrace by the pool, dining table and chairs and table and chairs on the roof terrace.
Entertainment is provided with cable TV with all the main Uk channels, a DVD player. HI-Fi, Board games, books and a Playstation2 with dance mat.  

Private 10x5 metre heated pool (heated mid March to mid October), fully enclosed landscaped garden, BBQ house with pool shower, large Naya with table and chairs, sunloungers, chairs, pool furniture. The pool has steps and lighting.
There is pedestrian and car access with electronic security gates.
Pool and garden maintenance is inclusive in the price.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, climbing, scuba diving.
