The apartment is fully equipped, very specious (110m2 of living space), airconditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, juice maker, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, cutlery, pots etc. Living room has Sat.TV., cd./video player, DVD player etc. The rooms have all the linen, blankets for all the days of your stay. The property has central heating in all the rooms and is airconditioned. There is a washing machine too and the iron for ironing. It also has very large private sheltered terraces of 60 m2 with the sea view and also a private garden with the barbeque and the smaller terrace of 30 m2. The ap. is very suitable for kids and very safe. Its really comfortable property close to any spot. All the spots marked on site are within walking distance of 10-15 minutes the most. Peter says: "The appartment is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. There is a large communal area with a kitchen and living area combined, which opens out to a terrace at the front and a garden at the back. The front terrace has a stunning view over the adriatic (although a couple of ugly halfbuilt buildings also visible). We were a party of six (parents, grandparents and two children), and this arrangement was perfect for us. The owners of the appartment simply could not be nicer or more helpful. You will feel like you are staying at your friends place. They collected us at the airport, spent an hour telling us where to go and where to avoid, and were contactable for any queries throughout the week. I cannot explain how much this helped us get the most frrom ou visit. As a family, we were very reassured to know that if there was any serious problem (eg. a medical emergency), they almost certainly would have been willing to help. When I casually mentioned a door handle was broken, the owner came to fix it immediately and brought a bottle of his home made wine (which is excellent - be sure to ask for a bottle!) Cavtat itself is a great place to stay. A beautiful small town in itself, with a bus and a boat to Dubrovnik and most other places of interest. Unless you are planning hardcore exploring, I wouldnt waste money on car hire. We hardly used our car. Theres a bus stop 5 minutes walk away and also a reasonably stocked mini-market the same distance where you can get most of your food. Also, the owners will pick you up at the airport which is only a 10 minute drive away. Theres a small market in town every morning where you can buy fresh fish, meat and vegetables. It has a DVD player which was great for the kids."
