The property is a large, well maintained and equipped villa situated in the beautiful Marxuquera valley. Although in a rural location the historic town of Gandia is only 10 minutes drive away, where one can enjoy its history, excellent shopping and award winning sandy beach. The very "Spanish" village of Palma de Gandia is only 3 miles away and within walking distance of the villa are several bars and restaurants. 

One of the main attractions of the property is its situation within its own spacious grounds. There is ample terracing and a very private large swimming pool (10x5m). The front terrace and balcony receives the first sun of the day so breakfast can be enjoyed overlooking abundant orange groves and distant hills. The swimming pool receives sun all day long. In case the sun gets too much, or on a cloudy day, inside there is a large living room / dining area. The bedrooms are generously proportioned and the kitchen modern and well equipped. There is an outside barbecue area. 

 

Fantastic panoramic views can be appreciated from the front terrace. The garden / terraces enjoy all day sun - however there is shade available for those that prefer it.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. Would have been helpful to know in advance that Alcampo supermarket in commercial section near Alicante airport open Saturday afternoon and a Spar on right on approach to Denia open Sunday morning. However, welcome pack on arrival very welcome. Villa tastefully furnished and all home comforts. Young and old enjoyed it. We have already booked up for next year!"
