The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There are two further double bedrooms one of which also has bunk beds suitable for younger children. There is a modern family bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.
There is a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining room with flat screen TV, DVD and audio equipment.




 

A covered terrace runs the length of the house. It has views to Mount Montgo and outdoor dining for 6 people. There is a large patio area beside the pool with plenty of space for relaxing and sun bathing. An outside staircase leads to a roof terrace with views towards Denia and the sea. Colourful gardens, complete with grapefuit trees, surround the villa and provide a secluded and relaxing environment.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the second bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play vinyl records, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.
