Villa CostaBlanca is set in its own grounds just outside San Vicente, Alicante, and is ideal for families or groups that want exclusive use of a swimming pool and sunbathing areas. The use of a car is highly recommended to visit tourist resorts and places of historic significance in the region.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, a private 8m x 4m swimming pool (with 100 square metres of poolside sunbathing area/patio - and also a fruit grove with Oranges, lemons and Nispero’s etc.

Although let as a single unit, the villa is actually divided into two apartments (with an external staircase joining the two). The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath with shower over), 1 fitted kitchen, 1 WC and 1 living/dining room (air conditioned). The first floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom (bath with shower over), 1 fitted kitchen and 1 living/dining room (air conditioned).

The villa is equipped with a wireless ‘broadband’ internet connection (computer provided) for use by guests, and also has a telephone for incoming calls (your friends and family can call you at the villa by dialling a normal UK landline number) and 15 minutes of free outgoing calls (to landline telephones within the UK and Europe) each day (calls outside the above parameters are chargeable).

There is a travel cot provided -although you should take your own bedding for this if required (bedding for other beds is provided).

Please note that use of the private swimming pool is included with your booking in the months of May, June, July, August and September of each year. Bookings from October to April (inclusive) will not include use of the pool. 

San Vicente is a very popular and bustling Spanish town, with a wide variety of eating establishments and shops, as well as a Saturday street-market.

Just 10 minutes drive to nearby Alicante city centre gives access to lovely palm tree-lined sandy beaches, a ‘millionaire’s row’ harbour, shopping centre’s with more than 100 shops, as well as typical city-centre shopping in department stores.

The popular tourist resorts of Benidorm and Torrevieja are less than 45 minutes drive from the property, making them an excellent choice for a day out. 

 

Alicante castle, distant sea and mountain views can all be seen from the property.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Upstairs Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a themepark.
