We are an online marketplace providing an online booking and payment system. We are more than an advertising site but we not a travel agency.

The danger of selecting any accommodation online is that it's difficult to be sure of what you are getting and it's normal for the owner of agent to have take your money in advance. We hold your money until after the booking.

Paying by credit/debit card: -
It's not safe to pay for a holiday home by cheque - protect yourself and pay by credit card online which is why all bookings on our site are paid this way. By paying by card you are protected by your credit card provider in the unlikely event that your accommodation is not supplied as promised.

Your contract: - -
Your contract is always with the member not with us. Our name will appear on your card statement but your contract is with the accommodation supplier. We do not inspect the property or guarantee the accuracy of the information. If you have any questions about the properties you should direct them to the member.

Complaints: -
Complaints should be made direct to the member as they are responsible to you under the terms of the contract. You should do this as soon as possible and allow them to attempt to rectify the situation. You should refer to your contract in your renter's area. You can also relate your experiences by giving a review on your return.
