| "A large, spacious and airy aparment with plenty of seating. All 3 bedrooms were large with plenty of cupboard space, although only one was ensuite. All rooms led out onto either a balcony or the patio. This came well equiped with tables, chairs and sun loungers and as the patio was south facing - bliss. Very good views across the town, beach and sea. Secure parking was an added bonus, not that we used the car much as all the shops, restaurants, cafes and bars were all within easy walking distance. A 5 minute walk had you paddling in the sea and a 10 minute walk had you sipping a Sangria in Pedros. Only two minor complaints if you are 6ft tall or over then the kitchen light could prove painful and the photo of the kitchen in the site description is from a different apartment. If you want a relaxing, out of season holiday away from the hustle and bustle and overcrowded beaches then this is the place to be."

| "A very spacious appartment in a prime position for both the complex and the beach. We appreciated the completely separate two sleeping/bathroom areas (3 bedrooms in total), the large lounge and the multiple balconies. The main balcony, as well as having a considerable area for sunbathing, eating and barbecuing, had excellent views down to the beach and across to the town. Access to the beach was easy through a secure gate. An added bonus was the secure parking.
There was no-one at reception thoughout our stay. While this wasnt a problem for us, it would have been reassuring to know there was somewhere to go in an emergency and someone to ask about the local area.
Overall, we have been very pleased with the penthouse and will seriously consider booking it again."

(One week stay in Late July 08) Very large apartment with nice decor and furniture (however we did feel the bathrooms could do with updating). Excellent patio area with lots of space and good loungers and tables. Safe, undercover parking and very nice gardens in the complex itself. The pool area was very clean and well equipt, but the empty rooms leading to it (original sales office) could have been put to better use with say a couple of pool tables or something. Earlier reviews mentioned a pool bar but this is now closed as well. Access to the fantastic beach was good. Views from the apartment were a little disapointing with a car park on scrub land directly in front of the apartment with great sea views beyond that (so just dont look down!) The only real negatives were that on arrival we found the main en-suite bedroom locked. As there were only four in our party I think we were expected to use only 2 bedrooms and share one bathroom. Not what I had booked and paid for. having 2 older teenages with us not used to sharing. This was quickly sorted out by Victor and the owner. The town itself we found to be not what we were expecting having lots of ugly high rise aprtment blocks and not really much choice in restaurants. Overall a good apartment but we would not rush back to the resort.

| "++ The property was one of the best that I have rented. The lounge area was a very good size. The furniture was more than enough for six persons & never felt crowded. The utensils in the kitchen were of a good standard. The bed-room cupboards had plenty of hangers & where a good size.
-Negative. The Safe would not lock. I contacted the chap @ reception & he said that he didnt know how to fix it. The Air Con, I only had it on for a short time @ night, as there wasnt a night mode, so it was very noisey.
The areas around the pool have been unused for around three years, (After discussion with third time visitor) would have been better used for games rooms, table tennis etc etc.
I have recommended it to friends

| "On entering theapartment/penthouse flat, The first thing said was WOW from everybody.Very spacious, exceptionally clean and what a balcony fully equiped with 6 beach recliners 2 tables and shades plus b/q .room to spare .Home from home even a hair dryer. next time would pay the under occupany charge for 4,5 people. Being me I must have a complaint so here is 2. Kitchen knives were blunt.(sharpener needed) The main patio doors leading out to the main balcony were to clean, resulting at first, people walking into them, suggest sticky labels on them other wise nothing. Child friendly balcony walls, spacious en suites lovely well kept gardens and being early season June. We had the joy of a beutiful large pool to ourselfs.
In writting this report I know it reduces by chances of booking adain

| "fabulous apartment, exceeded our expectations. wonderful to wake up in morning and have breakfast on terrace over looking sea,so much space in apartment made it ideal for family with children. Very well equipped and furnished to high standard. Hired a car from airport used it very little all week mainly to go into town to eat in the evening as have one child who has difficulty walking. Pool was very cold but it didn,t stop children playing in it(sea was warmer). Very friendly people on complex and at the beach. Would recommend this holiday and looking forward to going again."

| "Overall an excellent appartment with plenty of room and there were 7 of us. Very large balcony with excellent views.
The location was idealy placed to all ameanaties so there was no need of a car.
the kids enjoyed the pool and in fact it was hard to get them away from it and the whole comlex was picturess with security gates and fences.
will definately be coming back here again and my brother and his family are definately looking again for around Aprill time.
The only down side to the arpartment was the cooker, one of the rings must have had a fault because when you put it on the electricity tripped out."

| "We had a lovely family holiday in Armacao de Pera in July, we spent nearly 3 weeks in apartment 107, The Penthouse.
There was everything we needed there and the the staff (Victor & his wife) were very helpfull.
The beach was stunning and myself and the children spent alot of time there.
The pool and area was very clean, and the pool bar served the best coffee around.
Only after a good walk around the town do you get to see the real Armacao, there are plenty of bars, restaurants and little shops. This place is not like a holiday resort some may be used to, but we loved it and felt at home pretty quickly.
The apartment was lovely, plenty of room and well planned out.
The balcony was huge and ideal if the wind was blowing in the right direction!!!
I would return, we had a lovely holiday."

| "Simply can't rate this accommodation highly enough! The apartment itself is extremely spacious and comfortable and has been fitted out to very high specifications (we particularly loved our all-marble bathrooms), and the complex is well in beautiful gardens which are very well maintained.
The balcony always seemed to be in the sun and was so spacious that we very rarely ventured down to the pool area, but when we did it met the same high standard as the rest of the complex (very clean though admittedly a bit cold at the end of April).
I'd recommend anyone thinking of Nautilus Clube to spend a couple of pounds extra and book this Penthouse - it really was the star of our holiday."

| "We have stayed in a couple of other apartments at Clube Nautilus and viewed several others - this is by far the best apartment in terms of location, size (it's twice as big as the other aprtments we have seen!) and interior designed to th highest standards. Will definately return very soon!!"

| "The Penthouse was a wonderful property in a gorgeous location. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully finished. The large balcony with sea-view was well used. The grounds of the complex were secure and well maintained. The location of the property was right off the beach, within a nicely established town, and close to many attractions. Shopping, sight-seeing, restaurants, and nightlife were within easy access. A1!!!"

| "This apartment is fabulous, it is clean, comfortable, very spacious and with a 'too die for' balcony complete with uninterrupted sea views! The lovely long beach is a short 5 minute walk down some steps but even in the heat of the day it's not too tiring coming back up. The resort has a good selection of restaurants and bars. We will definitely return."

| "This was one of the best properties that we've stayed at in the Algarve. It was very spacious, well designed and had all the mod cons- no need to bring travel iron, hair dryer etc. The staff here were excellent, there was no problem accommodating any of our requests. we loved the swimming pool it was clean and never crowded and the balcony of the apartment was surprisingly large with 6 sun loungers, a table and 6 chairs and a couple of parasols - a definite bonus. All in all this was a great property and I would have no problem recommending it to family and friends"

| "This apartment far exceeded our expectations and helped to make our 35th Wedding Anniversary holiday something special. The Penthouse is spacious, beautifully-furnished, more-than adequately equipped and spotlessly clean. It certainly has the "Wow" factor ! The large, south-facing balcony with sea view was an added bonus. The efficient heating system meant we were warm on even the chilliest of February evenings.
From its side windows the apartment overlooks the main road and promenade with numerous bars and restaurants within an easy, level walk.
The Club Nautilus complex is superbly maintained and has direct access (via steep flight of steps) to the long, sandy beach. We found the CN staff to be extremely helpful and resolved a minor maintenance problem immediately.
The only recommendation we would make - if you want to watch the television - is take some DVDs with you as we couldn't find a British TV channel !"
