| "The villa was the highlight of our holiday. Very comfortable and tasteful, with top selec tion of games, gadgets and a superb pool/spa area. The free wi-fi was an extra that added so much value to our time there - ordering meals, checking attractions, maps etc.
The location was very handy to the I4 and made it easy to travel quickly to the main attractions.
We would return without hesitation if we visit again. Many thanks."

| "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The villa is very well equipped, very spacious and comfortable. The owners and the property managers are helpful and friendly.
The villa is easy to find and it is convenient to access the theme parks, We enjoyed retreating to this quiet location after the hustle and bustle of the theme park area.
I would recommend this villa."

| "The house was very well maintained it worked out very nice for our vacation. The only problem you might have is in the game room it gets very warm in there. There is only a fan and you have to keep the door into the house closed so there is no circulation of air."

| "The property and well maintained and extremely well furnished. It felt like we were staying at the owners home rather than a rented villa.
Prior to the trip the owner was very helpful in answering our questions and queries and even bought a cot and high chair so our 19 month old daughter could use them.
During the holiday the local agent was on hand to help when needed and the free use of the office computer and internet access was a nice touch (for those of us that do not have laptops and unable to use the villas wifi).
Overall the excellent property, owner and local agent really meant that we could focus on enjoying the holiday.
Many thanks and see you again when we return next time.

| "Good location, well appointed and spacious. First time we have not stayed in hotel accomodation. Spent lots of time using the secluded pool. A home from home with all needs catered for and thoughtfully provided. With no previous experience of choosing to rent I can say we made the right choice and would certainly revisit. The management company were friendly and professional and my overall impression was that like any good business the onwer has delivered excellent value for money."

| "House was very clean and the pool/jacuzzi were a big hit with our children. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lovely game room and nice neighborhood - very close to all attractions. This house met all of our needs!"

| "Lovely villa, with all you could want. Seemed very compact, perhaps with less square feet than previous villas we have stayed in but everything was there! We understand the games room is ideal for young families but we would have preferred to get our car in the garage as it was too hot to stay in there any length of time and use the facilities!
Overall, I would recommend the villa without reservation."

| "A great villa to have as a base for a theme park holiday.Once we realised you can get the I4 at championsgate disney parks are only 10-15 mins away and cuts out the very busy 192 area.Well worth having the pool heated in the winter our jacuzzi was just like a hot tub!.The villa has everything you need for a really good holiday.It is also good to have the back up of a local agency looking after the property,we felt the hot water in the villa needed turning up and villa renters sorted it the same day.
If golf is your thing this villa has some great golf courses on the doorstep,you could play a different quality course every day."

| "We were really pleased with the property. It had every possible comfort and was clean, practically laid out and we particularly enjoyed the "wildlife chorus" each evening! The pool was private and a real pleasure to jump into at the end of a long day! We will definitely be returning to "Woodlands!"

| "Property exceeded expectations ideally located
for theme parks, restaurants & shopping malls which were all a short drive away. The pool & hot tub were very welcome after a long day at the parks. Would definitely recommend the villa
