| "We were overall happy with the apartment but dissapointed the basic price we thought we were paying went up & up with booking/cleaning fees etc. Sadly the plant pots that would have looked lovely, were full of grass or left empty. The apartment was basic & needed a little money spent on it but that said, the pool was lovely & clean & the view was amazing."

| "Property was as described. Great views and very peaceful location which was good after the hectic towns around Garda.
Pool was clean and was a great place to chill out and unwind.
Whilst understanding the need to clean and review the apartment it would be helpful if the arrival and departure times could be adjusted by even an hour either way ie occupy by 16:00 and leave by 10:00"

| "Lovely property, excellent vantage point over lake. Small downside with the long drive up from the lake front but easily outweighed by the first points."

| "Pool was excellent, large and uncrowded. Site was very well kept, clean and secure.
Tennis costs 7 euros/hr and we used it once as we thought the charge excessive, Courts are kept locked so no pay no play. No one else used it whilst we were there. This was a disappointment.
Apartment was clean and comfortable with good sized bedrooms and good balcony space. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, would think that 4 adults or more might feel a little cramped in the kitchen/living area.
Overall happy with the holiday, and would return to this apartment again."

"A very tidy and clean apartment, with excellent views over the lake. Reasonably sized, with good balconies. The description is fairly accurate, and we would recommend it to friends (I would say any more than 4 people would be a bit crowded).
Directions to find it were easy to follow, but be prepared for some very narrow twisty roads.
The only thing we found lacking was pots / pans for cooking. The warden for Cabiana lives in the apartment downstairs, and isn't averse to having very loud and passionate arguments with their family early in the morning, but otherwise it's in a very safe and quiet location, about 10 minutes from Toscolano-Maderno."

Hello Jason, many thanks for your review. Just one thing to add: pots and pans are in cupboard above the cooker - I will add clearer instructions in future as the cupboard is easy to overlook.

| "Nice complex. Only 12 building (24 apartment). Nice landscape and lovely lake view. Excellent Tennis Courts with great surface and well maintained. Fabulous Swimming Pool, good size and not at all busy.
We would say, apartment occupation time at 5:00pm was very late as flights (Ryanair) get us to Lakes before lunch which meant hanging around for a good period. Also, vacation time at 9:00am were tight. Vacation by 10am and ready move in by 2pm would be better for us."

| "The property had beautifull views and was adequately equiped. The situation by the swimming pool was very advantageous with children. It was however quite a distance from Toscalano Moderno and very uphill, which was disappointing, as we had to drive to get to restaurants etc. But overall we had a lovely time."

| "The property is well situated next to the swimming pool. The apartment was comfortable, clean and all of the appliances were new and everything worked. The two balconies, both with tables and chairs, allowed a choice of places to sit and eat. The pool and tennis courts weren't busy despite staying in late August."

| "We had a very pleaseant stay at Cabiana.
On arrival we were a bit surprised that the location was so remote. We did not always enjoy negotiating the very narrow roads in our rental car.
The views were lovely as it is located so high up the mountainside.
The pool was particularly nice and clean.
We felt that the accommodation was of a good standard but would suggest a clothes drier. There was a laundry room available, however,a rule not to hang clothing on the balcony meant that it was difficult to decide where to hang it up to dry.
The hot water was ,in our experience, not on constant supply and all 5 people could not have a hot shower."
