| "It was a very nice, big and spacious appartment, with really good beds, large bathrooms and a large balcony overlooking the pool and garden, which was lovely. We had everything we needed in the appartment, and with a big family it is very nice to hav a washingmachine and a dishwasher. The appartment also had its own garage with an extra storeroom which had sunbeds, sand toys etc. for complimentary use.
We liked the place a lot and met some of the neighbours (owners) and they were all very nice.
We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival to the property and we think the ad did not do the appartment the justice it deserved - it was really really nice and the rent was cheap compared to similar properties. The landlady was very nice and quick to respond to emails when we asked about the appartment
We highly recommend the property and needless to say - We had a very nice holiday in Oliva Nova"

| "The apartment was as it was described. Big enough for four adults and nice little extras. Most thing you would need for your holiday, even washing powder for the washing machine!
You do need a car... and the local towns are well worth a visit. Fantastic beach and just such a peaceful area.
Would definitely go back..."

| "A really wonderful property. Spacious and well equipped - our son appreciated the selection of inflatables in the garage! We have stayed at Oliva Nova before and paid more money for a smaller apartment. This time we were so pleased with every aspect. We will miss having our breakfast on the sunny balcony and using the well maintained pool. An absolute bonus was having things you often forget to pack or don't want to buy like washing powder, foil and salt. Plus toilet rolls on arrival - I am always amazed how many renters do not help you out with these little extras! Definitely would use again. 10/10."

| "Fantastic from the beginning. The agents were superb, following our 9 1/2 hour flight delay which meant we did not arrive until 2.00am.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a great welcome pack to help us settle in.
The beds were very comfortable and due to the weather not being great it was useful having BBC1 and news chanels on the TV!
Our parents stayed at the 5* Nova Golf hotel and our accomodation was much better than theirs!
With a daughter who has coeliac disease, the full kitchen was very important and the local supermarket in Oliva provided most of the essentials.
Overall an ezxcellent apartment in a quiet location. Will definitely try to book up again!"

| "We liked the property and felt it was comfortable accomodation for four people.
Would echo previous comments about the necessity of a car.
There are limited restaurants on the complex which could be an issue if you like eating out regularly.
Only one set of keys were provided where two would have been useful although, in fairness, we didn't ask about a second set."

| "It is a pleasant apartment but i wouldn't describe it as a 'luxury apartment' as it isn't. Basic items are missing such as fruit/salad bowls, mirrors in bedrooms, furnishings are basic, dishwasher doesn't clean dishes properly...
We had to wait for almost a half an hour before an agent met as at the apartment block despite us following the initial contact instructions. i felt the apartment wasn't as clean as it should/could have been with hair on the bedsheets and dirt on the balcony and spilt coffee on kitchen work tops.
No-one contacted us during our stay which wasn't a problem for us but we were unsure what to do with the keys on departure.
i was pleasantly surprised to receive welcome pack in kitchen which was a great starter and ample beach/pool equipment and toys.
Despite the above, we had a good, relaxing holiday."

| "This apartment is perfect for people wanting to be based in a quiet resort, with a fantastic beach close by. Everything you could need is provided in this beautiful apartment. It was furnished to an excellent standard, and was very comfortable.
As a family of four we had plenty of space to relax and were not at all crowded. If you are thinking of renting this apartment in the future, I would strongly recommend it...I doubt if you would find better."
