| "YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING MUCH WITH YOU AS THERE ARE WASHING FACILITIES, TOYS, GARDEN, TENNIS RAQUETS, GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE. LOVED OUR TIME HERE, EVEN HAD PS2 FOR OUR LAD!!!! WE TRAVELLED ALL OVER USING SAT NAV AND THE VILLA IS A GREAT BASE TO STAY. VERY FRIENDLY RESTAURANT OVER THE ROAD - USED THE SWIMMING POOL DOWN THE ROAD WHICH WAS FFFFFF FF FREEZING!!!!!!!
PITY WE COULD NOT DIP IN THE POOL AT THE VILLA BECAUSE OF THE DEAD BUGS BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS WONDERFUL! WE WILL DEFO BE BACK AND HAVE RECOMMENDED TO LOTS OF FRIENDS WHO HAVE SAID THEY WILL TRY TO MAKE A BOOKING. GOOD PR WORK EH? HAPPY MEMORIES WILL BE SHARED FROM THIS HOLIDAY."

| "Staying in this property was just like being the the comfort of home but with the fantastic weather and a pool.
Very clean with everything you need and more.
Management representative was really friendly and helpful.
The area is not very touristy so as said before you will need a car to get to the beaches and better restaurants."

"The villa is fantastic, very big and totally equipped with everything you may need. The location is great, very close to the airport, 10 minute drive to the supermarkets, 15 minutes to the beach (although for the best beaches you need to take a 20 minute boat ride). We found that once there you don't really need to leave apart from to go shopping, the pool and garden are plenty enough entertainment if you have young children, for older kids you may need to venture a little further afield. Would definitely recommendand hope to return next year. Easy to find but you need nerves of steel to drive past the 15ft cacti at the end of the narrow drive!"

Many thanks for the feedback - have tackled the big cactus with a saw this week so its easier to get by.

| "Absolutely fantastic! The villa was much bigger than it looks on the internet, as was the beautiful garden. The owners have thought of everything, from arm bands, bucket and spade, and games, to hair dryer, Portuguese dictionary, map and leaflets of places to visit. It was also very nice to have a few essentials in the fridge when we got there. Owners very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. Thoroughly recommend can't wait to go back!"

| "Fantastic location, only 20 minutes from Faro Airport.
I received email directions to the Villa & overshot the villa by about 20 yards, because of the failing daylight.
Was greeted by a lovely woman by the name of Julie on arrival who gave us a quick tour of the Villa & then left us to enjoy our holiday.
There is a small communal driveway to the Villa which I found tight enough for a medium size hatchback car; if the bushes / shubbery were trimmed down a bit it would probably help; apart from that minor gripe, I would recommend this villa to people / families looking for a holiday oasis but still relatively close to Faro & local supermarkets.
Absolute fantastic place for kids, Very safe secure spacious gardens, swimming pool ideally for kids and or "Adult" Kids.
For the money it's great value, & the Villa is well equipped with most modern home appliances."

| "A pretty hidden and unexpected luxury villa. The hidden factor of it is very nice (nobody can see you) but it can be a bit of a challenge to find it in the first place. Believe me, it is all worth it.
The facilities are stunning; two bath rooms, air-co, swimming pool, Sky box, play station, golf set tennis table etc.etc. You won't be bored quickly!
You can even pick fresh fruit from the fruit trees in the garden.
It is advisable to rent a small car to travel around.
You definitely need to go to Armona, it is a white sandy beach island in the nature reserve, and you can only reach it by boat. The boat leaves from the Oleao port and the trip takes up to 20 minute. On the island, you HAVE to cross it (don’t stay at the port). Leave the jetty and keep following your nose for 20 minutes (the entire island is one big village) you will then hit stunning scenery, white sandy beaches in the form of a hockey stick and a shallow coast line.
Stop dreaming, just book this property, we will come back for sure!

| "Easily accessible from airport, plenty of space for children to play and plenty for them to play with! Pool is small but 10, 11, 13 & 14 year-olds still spent loads of time in it!! Villa very well finished and equipped, aircon in bedrooms most welcome. Driveway was very tight for 9-esat van but no problem for average car. 'Walkable' local beach is some distance and would not be to all tastes - but plenty of lovely beaches within easy drive. We had a great time here."
