| "We spent a wonderful 3 weeks in the Villa, It is equiped adquately for those days you wish to stay in, and is so near to some of the bars and restaurants, Moraira is just ten minutes in the car or by cab where an array of restaurants, bars and the beach are easily reached. We will certainly be returning in the not too distant future"

| "We found the villa to be very clean and well equiped. The villa is well located to a number of beaches and the main roads/motorways. The villa has a helpful information folder regarding places to visit, restaurants etc which takes the stress out of deciding where to go.
The villa is well positioned and we enjoyed many relaxing days around the pool and on the terrace. The pool is regularly cleaned and is a good size.
We enjoyed our stay at the villa immensely and would definately consider returning in the near future.

| "We had an excellent holiday, and it was everything what we were told it would be. The villa was in an excellent location with bars within walking distance, hilly on your return and not suitable for the elderly or infirm as there is a number of steps up to the villa. My children loved the pool and it was excellent on our arrival to be greeted with a welcome pack. Excellent value for money in a lovely quiet location. Would highly recommend. Can't wait to book for next year !!!"

"We arrived home from our holiday in Moraira on Saturday having had a wonderful holiday in a lovely villa... sadly the holiday was spoilt by the owner of No. 10 who decided, in his wisdom, to start building a swimming pool on the Monday... why couldn't he have built it in the winter and not when people were still holidaying. The first two days were incredibly noisy with a digger working 8+ hours a day and buy the end of the week the place resembled a building site (I have a photograph). There was a large generator which was on for most of the day on Friday causing a great deal of noise and also smell from the diesel.
The area is normally very very quiet... which we discovered when the workers went home... such a pity that the holiday was spoilt by a lack of consideration.

| "A well equiped secluded family villa with fantastic views, walking distance to local bars, and a short drive to supermarkets and local town full of great resturants!
We had a great time, however, the stairs to the pool may not be suitable for families with small children."

| "The villa was ideal for our needs. It was clean, fairly well furnished, in a quiet but accessible location and had a lovely pool. The villa is fairly compact inside, but has masses of outdoor space which was perfect for us.
The location means that to get to the centre of Moraira town it's a good 15-20 minute walk either along a busy main road or slightly hilly back roads. However we got a taxi very easily and cheaply when we wanted to go in to town in the evenings so it wasn't a problem.
The pool is great - a really good size and pleanty of space around it. We really liked the fact that, unlike the neighbouring villas, this one isn't very overlooked. The photo's of the outside space don't really do it justice - the view from the balcony and raised terrace area is stunning and watching the sun set with a cool drink was lovely.
Moraira is a bussling but not overly touristy resort - the marina gives it an upmarket feel and there are a handfull of good restaruants to choose from.
All in all we really enjoyed our holiday here."
