| "The size and number of bathrooms and bedrooms was unexpected and would be great for a large group the food and beverage care package was wonderful. The location was perfect for our base.
The only negative of the stay was the laundry facilities.

| "We had a great time, the flat was spacious and well equipped. The rest of Ireland/UK had awful weather, but Youghal appears to have its own very sunny week (second week in April) - walks by the beach/town were great. The Quays was our favourite eating place, all the pubs were very friendly and welcoming."

| "The 502 Magnolia Suite that we stayed in last week was absolutely fantastic. There were 6 of us, 4 adults and 2 children. The main living room was so spacious and extremely comfortable. My husband and I had the main double bedroom, which was on suite and also huge. The twin bedroom was a very good size and was also on suite. The other twin bedroom was a good size and there was yet another bathroom for them to use. The kitchen is very well equipped and even has a dishwasher.
The person looking after the apartment was very helpful and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
On arrival there was a nice bottle of red wine awaiting us. There was also bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee and sugar to get us started. There are all conveniences including sky tv, dvd music system and even electric clocks in all the bedrooms. It is also a very safe place to stay, having electric gates and is very well located in the town of Youghal. We were also given telephone numbers for us to contact should we have needed anything during the week. Bedlinen and towels were also supplied. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends and am seriously considering going back again soon myself. Barbara Kelly."

| "Having stayed in this property 2 years ago we were a little bit dispappointed that the property had not been updated, The appartment could do with a little modernisation, although that said we had a wonderful time, and found the all the beds very comfortable, the rooms are all very large and have plenty of furniture for us all to relax on. We will definately be using the appartment again as the location is perfect, we definately reccommed the use of a hire car as we travelled over 1000 miles during our weeks stay!"

| "Superb property which was much bigger than we had expected. There was not a speck of dust to be found and whoever does the cleaning is obviously doing an outstanding job! As we arrived much later than we had hoped, it was a real bonus to find a loaf of bread, and some butter and a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge. This was just what we needed after a 12 hour journey and was much appreciated.
The only gripe we had was that there was so little worktop space in the kitchen which made attempting to serve food a bit of a pain. In the end we ending up doing two sittings as there was only room for two plates... Oh, more than one pint glass in the cupboard would have been nice as well. Overall, this property was very, very good."

| "Lovely, very large and clean property. Our chidren had a great time, especially fishing over the sea wall, I could see and talk to them from the living room as they battled to catch mackerel! Nice and close to the shop so the children could go to buy their own ice-creams without worry. Lots to see and do locally, great swimming pool down the road, friendly pubs, yummy Aherne's, and go on the town walk from the tourist information office-very informative. We had a great time in Ireland and would love to go again."

| "Fabulous apartment - much larger than expected. We had two teenage boys with us so the benefit of three bathrooms was useful. The apartment is centrally located for Youghall which is in essence a quaint Irish seaside town.
We had no problems during our stay at all and would recommend to any family looking for an Irish seaside property. Sky TV was a really nice addition, as was the welcome pack on our arrival.

| "My wife and I found the location to be perfect to tour around the south of Ireland. The accommodation was very clean and everything one might need was catered for. Sky TV for the odd wet day we had was a bonus that was appreciated.
The people in the area were very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome.
We no doubt will revisit the lovely country of Ireland again and will not hesitate in booking this accommodation knowing that it has all that we require and more."

| "This suite was on the ground floor and very convenient. The apartment was larger than we expected. Three large bedrooms and 3 baths. All my cousins who came to visit us were very impressed with the size of the suite. The owner sent us a welcome package of bread, milk, a bottle of red wine, a lb. of butter and a box of tea.
When I return to Youghal, I would rent the Magnolia Suite again.
The Hogans were gracious hosts.

| "We had a fabulous holiday and I couldn't recommend this property highly enough. It was a real home from home - very comfy beds, plenty of towels, all mod cons etc. Location was brilliant, Green Park is right on the doorstep, town centre 2 mins walk away and the main beach less than 10 mins walk away. Kids had a ball, used the fishing rods provided and went fishing every night. We had such a great week that we hope to pay a return visit next summer."
