One thing that we did frown on when we arrived is that the property was not very clean inside. Other than that, we would say that our overall experience with the property was very good. | "This property certainly met our needs. It is very spacious and overall well maintained.
Our only issues were very minor. We checked in after hours and did not receive info on how to disarm the alarm. It caught us off guard as we are not familiar with home alarm systems.
The only other thing (extremely minor) was that the kitchen and entry floors had not been swept. So, I found myself sweeping floors on our first evening of our stay.
Overall, we had a fabulous stay and a memorable trip.

| "I was very satisfied with this spacious, clean, well-maintained home. The pool and pool table kept the kids busy for hours. The rooms were perfect for the myself and family. The neighborhood was quiet and very comfortable for the time we stayed. I recommend this villa for everyone and would love to come back!"

"The house was beautiful, the pool was wonderful and private. We enjoyed everything about the house.
The only issue was with lack of communication from the Rental Service company regarding code changes while we were there."

We apologise for the issues you encountered with the security gate code. The changes were required by the housing association and the date change and notification to our managing agents created the problem which has now been rectified.

| "Other than a little problem with the pool heater not working the first three days, we had a great time (this time of year, you def. need the pool heated) ! The home was neat, clean and very spacious! We liked that it was a gated community and it was very quiet. I would have no reservations renting this home again. We also loved that it was so close to Disney (10 min. drive) yet you didnt feel all the congestion from Disney and Downtown Disney! "

"The villa was very clean and comfortable, although we could have been doing with more pillows as only one each for a party of 7. The keys were very hard to locate and we had to return them to the office we picked them up at, as I spent 2 days trying to find the office to return the registration form. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday-location and setting of villa ideal for everything."

"We were quite satified with the rental property. It was a great value for what we paid. Lots of room and had everything we need except wash cloths. There were only 3 of them and we had a party of 5. The only negitive would have to be the inconvenience of the key pick up. Last year we were sent a package in the mail before hand that included a key code and instructions and all we had to do when we got to our rental house was key it in. We didnt have to travel to pick up the welcome package. That is the only suggestion I would make concerning this villa. Someone in an eariler post had made a statement about bugs inside and out. At the most we only saw 1 or 2.
The pool table and the pool was a hit with the kids.
Overall I would give it 5 stars out of 5. Great value for what you get!"

It is in a peaceful and quiet setting,but close enough to get to all the major attractions.
Both villa and pool are in excellent clean condition - better in real life than in the photos.
We would highly recommend and happily visit again.

| "After a long flight from Gatwick our only problem was finding the key pick up point but you soon forget this hassle once you arrive at your villa for your holiday. Its very clean and spacious and had every thing we needed. really sunny pool area. I was surprised that the master suit bed was only a double as When your used to a king bed this also takes getting used to. it also stated that there was a t.v in the childrens roon when booking and there wasn't one???? but overall this villa is just perfect and we would stay again."

| "We had a wonderful time. The house was incredible. Our large grey crane couple visited us every day. I could have just stayed at the house for the week and I would have been very happy.
The only thing I would have like a little better is to have the minor things there. Like extra toilpaper. A sponge, Paper towels and Coffee filters. A bottle of cleaning solution to clean the counters and dishsoap and/or dishwasher and laundry det. Even if they are small bottles Just something. We bought all that and left it behind and I am sure it was not there for the next person.
Also recieving the information prior to picking up the key so you can familiarize yourself the codes and what not. 1:00 am pick up your not paying attention to alarm codes and passwords.
I give this house and company an A+. The staff check on us to make sure everything was exceptable. Keep up the good work."

| "Lovely villa and pool was fantastic! Key pick-up instructions difficult to understand and we had trouble finding the pick-up point! Villa was however immaculate and had everything we needed! Would stay there again! A couple of spare toilet rolls would have been nice and maybe a small bottle of washing powder as towels had to be washed and dryed before departure of villa but just minor things compared to the great time we had in your villa. | "The home was wonderful. It was comfortable, spacious, and extremely clean. The floor plan was the best that I have seen. The pool was very enjoyable as was the pool table. The home has a washer and dryer and this was a must for me. It also has a formal dining room that allowed all of our family to sit together at dinnertime (rather than the usual which sits only 4). I have stayed in clermont in the past and fall in love with the neighborhood even more each time I visit. Mission Park was quiet and beautiful. I have no complaints, only one suggestion...I love to cook and do so even when I am on vacation and would have liked more cookware. Other than that , it was perfect and I thank you for allowing our family to enjoy your home."

| "Everything was fanatstic about this villa, the location, size, pool and especially the pool table. The only downfall was when we arrived the pool heat was not switched on and the bins or the fridge hadn't been emptied. Apart from that I will definitley stay at this villa again and recommend it to anyone."
