| "Very spacious for the ten of us. Natalia the maid looked after us very well. Tim was a deep well of local information.
The view was something to die for, very hard to beat. Long cool drinks on a balmy night looking out over approx 30 miles of coast line from a hill top retreat.
Only 15 minutes from the airport yet in the middle of peacful countryside.
Nearby Loule supplied evrthing we needed food wise. Including some reasonably priced bars and restaurants giving an authentic Portuguese flavour."

| "Overall very happy with this property. One of the bedrooms was a bunk-bedroom only and it was unventilated and therefore very hot day and night. We could not really use that room."

| "The villa was amazing, we have been on holidays before and the hotel/villa hasnt been as we thought it would be by the previous pictures and descriptions but O Pomazhino was more than we could have ever expected. We will definately be returning as was the best holiday we have ever been on."

| "The purpose of our holiday was to celebrate our parents Golden Wedding Anniversary. We were a party of eight with a wide range of ages to take into consideration, so had spent a while trying to choose the right Villa.
The property is perched on a hillside with spectacular views, although the road up to the Villa is very narrow and steep (we were in a nine seater mini van!) it is well worth the drive, for the views and the seclusion. Ideally situated only 20 mins from the airport.
The Villa was extremely well equipped and lots of little extras were included, like groceries on our arrival and a beautiful bouquet of flowers, Sky television and three pin plug sockets throughout, all making for a real "home from home" feel.
Our Party ranged in age from 6 to 74yrs old and the accommadation suited everyone, and we all had our own bathroom and privacy as and when we need it.
The property was maintained throughout our stay by the gardener and pool man - once weekly and the maid Natalia- who visited daily (except Sundays), making for a thoroughly relaxing stay.
We would all highly recommend the Villa to anyone."

| "As this was our first holiday together we wanted somewhere fabulous but with plenty of space and privacy to allow our 4 children and ourselves to chill by the pool or spend time indoors without being in each others way. The villa is beautifully laid out and provides plenty of seclusion if needed and at the same time allows for plenty of 'family' space. It is set out in an upside-down layout, with the bedrooms on the lower floors. The upper floor is accessible from 3 separate stairways, 2 internal and 1 to the balcony. (great for hide-and-seek!!). It would appear the owners are continuously upgrading what is already a good level of comfort, by adding more shade to the sun-drenched pool area, so that whatever time of day it is, you have a choice of somewhere cool and shady or full-on sunshine. The uninterrupted view from the back of the villa is truly breathtaking and the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Natalia, the house-keeper, was a gem and quietly got on with her cleaning and tidying each day, never forgetting to ask if there was any laundry that needed doing. A neat home from home trick is the use of UK 3 pin plugs throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and very much hope to return at some stage soon."

"The views from the villa are fantastic. The living space was well provided though the fan was not working initially. The bedrooms varied from excellent to fairly basic. The bathrooms were well presented but the shower cubicles in 3 of the bathrooms need curtains as the water soaked over the floor.
We were pleased with the property overall but were disappointed with the lack of Umbrellas round the pool. There is certainly the space for a table tennis table or snooker table for kids and adults.
Road up to the villa is a bit of a mess"

We are happy to say that the road to the villa has now been totally resurfaced by the local council. The open showers are purpose-built in 'wet room' style. The shower heads can be directed away from the opening! There is now a 50sq.m verandah next to the pool to give plenty of shade.

"This is a lovely villa with superb views across to the sea.
The maid is a gem who speaks very good English and she can do my ironing any day!
The only real down side was the "road" (and I use the term loosely) up to the property - it was very bumpy and on the day it had rained through the night, became very slippy at the bottom. We only just avoided sliding out on to the main road!
The pool was cleaned weekly and water topped up often - it is a lovely pool and a very welcome way of cooling down! It was 1 - 2 meters deep, mostly 2.
The fan in one of the bedrooms did not work and could not be repaired. Other repairs that were needed were dealt with quickly.
All in all I would recommend this to friends - and would go back again.

"The only downside to this Villa was the drive up to it. A 4 x 4 would probably enjoy the experience but we did not in a hire car!
The drive needs sorting!"

| "Six girls aged between 28 and 32 went without the boys and had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect with plenty of space to allow us time alone if wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and in fact, we ate in more than we ate out. I can highly recommend bucks fizz as a pool side accompanyment at any time of the day!"
