The only comments I would have on this property are:
I was very surprised that it was not air conditioned. I would even have been happy to pay extra for this privilege.
Thought there was a lack of drawer space, perhaps could have been another set of drawers for clothes etc in the bedroom with the twin beds. Lots of wardrobe space but the shelves contained the owners personal belongings which we did not want to touch or move.
Would definitely come back to this area in the future and have recommended it to friends and family."

| "Lovely apartment that was very clean with modern kitchen & bathroom. Excellent value for money. Residents living nearby were very friendly & helpful towards us. Area was nice, with easy access to Torrevieja via bus, and Los Balcones has it's own square with bars & restaurants. Pool at apartment was lovely, and most days we had it to ourselves. Would highly recommend this apartment!"

| "Property was as described - clean and relatively basic - and was good value for money. The permanent residents of the complex were very helpful and friendly as were the other holiday makers. I would definitely recommend hiring a car as you need to drive to most major facilities. The only downside was a lack of air-conditioning at night. This would be a great addition for anyone staying in July or August."

| "we thoroughly enjoyed this Holiday. The Apartment was very clean & well equiped.
Bedding & Towels were included. Margaret & Graham were again really helpful & nice.. even buying us some milk, bread and Butter. I would reccommend this Apartment to anyone who would prefer a quiet Holiday"

| "The Property was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need to enjoy a Holiday, including a Washing Machine!!
Margaret & Graham made us most welcome and even took us to the Supermarket to get some Shopping. They helped us in every way possible, even picking us up from the Airport.. Many thanks to both of you. The only problem was the dreadful Weather.. but no-one could help that.
We are going back in July."

| "We found the appartment well presented,clean and tidy.with every thing we required even down to a cork screw,for that much needed bottle of wine at the end of the day! (we came to spain to finalize the purchase of our house). The appartment is well located for an easy drive to the beach and town of torrevieja, with its vibrant atmosphere. we loved the area, and are moving there in january."

"we stayed at the apartment
end of april for our honeymoon, it was a lovely apartment, fully contained clean and tidy. the swimming pool was great and warm for the time of year. there was plenty to do and places to go surrounding the apartment with some wonderful restaurants just a walk away. we diffently will be booking up again
