| "We have just returned from staying at Dalaman at this villa. Overall impression = fantastic!
The villa is located in a very well managed and beautiful, quiet area. The other residents are very friendly and helpful, and it is obvious that high standards are being maintained.
Having the choice of AC in all rooms is very good as in August it was very hot, but we like hot! The villa is very spacious and of high standard of furnishings (the jacuzzi didnt work, but this did not detract from our enjoyment, since the pool was great).
Car hire is essentail, so make sure you talk to Linda or Mike (the local useful English reps) who make sure you get a car without getting ripped off. Driving in Turkey is very easy - no unnecessary restrictions, cameras, congestions etc which makes driving such a horrible chore in England!!
Dalaman is a very local town, and has a great charm of unspoilt area, people and attitudes, unlike the madness of other lively Turkish resorts. Sarigame beach was a favourite with us, about 20 minutes drive. We enjoyed the local market with fresh produce and hassle-free purchases.
If you have 5 - 10 people looking for a place to stay in a friendly, local town like Dalaman, then this villa is a great place to hire, we loved it!!

| "I can't praise this villa highly enough , my family and myself had the best hoilday we have ever had .. we've been to turkey before but this was a totaly diffrent experience , no getting dragged into restuarants or shops ,just friendly and honest service ... the villa its self is very big ,very nicely furnished and with the temp outside hitting the high 40s the air con in every room was a godsend .. i also think i should say a word about how secure this place is as well , i would think you would need a bomb to get through the villa door without a key and there is a couple of members of the complex staff about at all times as well ... anyone needing more info please feel free to email me

| ""We have been going on villa holidays for a few years now as a large family group. We found the villa to be clean, spacious and well maintained with enough equipment and space to keep everyone happy. We never felt cramped or under each others feet and the jacuzzi, satellite TV & air con were a Godsend. Not to mention the proximity of the pool which was a real winner with the children (and adults!!)
The pool was maintained daily and the gardens were very pretty. We had 3 generations of family on this holiday so we were looking for a villa in a quiet location, but not to far from restaurants etc, and we found it.
To sum up one of the most clean, well provisioned and comfortable for all ages that we have rented and a special thankyou to the owners for kindly arranging our airport transfer beforehand which was a BIG help...A definite recommendation.""

| "Our party of 10 had a fantastic week staying in the Villa. It was extremely comfortable and bright and large enough for all of us. It had everything you might expect of home, such as washing machine and DVD player with a good selection of films as well as a balcony to relax on. The property advertises it has satellite however we were unable to work it. The other only problem we had was with the fiddly front door and trying to work the gas however, the kind Turkish man who also acted as security man was there to help us (despite the language barrier.) We arrived from the UK after being badly delayed so it was wonderful to be met by a minibus which we had arranged through the owner prior to our arrival and have only a 10-15 minute drive to the villa rather than a transfer time of an hour or so! I strongly recommend booking a transfer; after all that travelling you would NOT want to be walking for half an hour down a long dusty road pulling suitcases behind you!
The Villa itself is luxurious, and is in its complex with approx. 7 other villas (which would seem somewhat cramped if all had been occupied considering the pool size) luckily we practically had the pool to ourselves! The complex is about 5-6 minutes walk to the main road and the Opet garage (where you can buy all basics at a very good price!) and restaurant which we relied on for the duration of our stay. The restaurant was run by the friendliest hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. The food was traditional Turkish which was really tasty and very very cheap! After our meals they threw us a ‘party’ to celebrate and have a dance.
Being such a young and large group on first impressions the villa seemed very remote. We had not expected to be so far away from amenities such as local beaches and Dalaman town without the reliance of a car. Car hire is ESSENTIAL to thoroughly enjoy your visit and explore the area. (This is not emphasised enough on the website.) Trying to walk anywhere except to the local Opet amenities would be unrealistic and although taxis are cheap, if you rely on them for the whole week money would probably be better spent on a car. However, if all you desire is to relax by the pool for the week there’s no problem!
Although we had a wonderful week it perhaps wouldn’t have gone so smoothly without the help of two very kind and helpful English neighbours and friend and home seller Gino. They provided us with numbers for local car hire (Ahmet who provided us with a good deal and the rates are reasonable) and we hired two cars for a day trip to Fetiyhe on market day. The journey is approx 45 minutes, one that would not be so comfortable by bus. (And you would have to order a taxi first to take you to the bus stop in Dalaman town.) We visited the market there which was fun but as it was so touristy many sellers weren’t prepared to haggle properly and there was the risk of getting ripped off. My advice for anyone in a Turkish market is to haggle- NEVER buy full price. We also visited a beach, but again we had to drive there. It took about 15 minutes by car to get to Chalis Beach with a stretch of restaurants and bars parallel to it. They seemed overpriced considering the prices we were used to in the restaurant by the Opet garage. In the evening we drove back to villa and then decided to make the most of having the cars for the day and drove to another restaurant (the only other restaurant we ate at for an evening meal) about 10-12 minutes drive away.
For the rest of the week we either stayed by the pool or relied on Gino’s hospitality to drive us in his minibus to the beautiful beach of Sarsala which is well worth the trip up a long winding road over the hill. Another place that shouldn’t be missed is a day/afternoon trip to the ThermeMaris Spa Hotel approx 7-8 minutes drive up the road. For a small amount between 10-15 Turkish Lira you gain entry to a fabulous hotel with amenities such as outdoor Jacuzzi, big water slide, waterfall, exotic mud baths (which are great fun and leave your skin very smooth) indoor Jacuzzi, sauna and extra treatments for a fraction of the price you would pay in the UK such as massage, and the not to be missed traditional turkish bath.
A quick 7 minute drive to Dalaman town is worth the journey to pick up fresh vegetables and fish/meat from the market or shops and it is all extremely good value and not at all touristy.
Overall our stay was thoroughly enjoyed and we plan to return again, but safe in knowledge to get the most out of the area would mean hiring a car for the whole stay.
