| "This is the 3rd time we have stayed at The Palms this time the bathroom had been re-done which was fantastic it was lovely, and the bedroom had been decorated and best of all there was a Washing Machine which was fantastic as I came home with no washing.....
The apartment is lovely very spacious has everything you need and located in a great resort, pool right outside, entertainment every night on the resort and its very clean and well looked after..
I would highly recommend to anyone its a lovely place, everyone is really friendly even the people that own there own properties on the resort."

| "The property itself was excellent - a decent size - good quality comfortable furniture (rather than the usual rental cheap stuff) and the facilities around were good too. Pools, pool bar etc.
Being on the fight path to the very nearby airport was a bit off-putting to be honest and a bit of a shock the first few times large jets whooshed overhead. We were out and about a lot tho so didnt bother us too much and you do get used to it.
Overall we were very happy with price (euro sterling conversion at the moment helped greatly there), accomodation, and facilities.

| "The apartment was very spacious and had all the equipment required. The complex was very quiet apart from the plane noise which we were expecting and didnt bother us. We were generally very satisfied with the accommodation although we felt the cleaning could have been a lot better (greasy feel to most of the kitchen and dirty frying pan and grill pan left in the oven)."

| "This is the second time we have been at this property, its in a lovely location of Tenerife and the apartment is right outside the one of the pools, its clean and tidy and very friendly specially with the locals that live on the resort, the pool area bar is great they have entertainment most nights and the food they serve daily and night is great value for money, would highly recommend to anyone its a lovely apartment and resort."

| "The property was lovely, it was very spacious and a lovely place to have stayed for 2 weeks, it was nice having the two bathrooms as the kids had one and we had the other, it was great specially with the pools being right outside the apartment and the balconys was lovely and spacious too, I would definetly recommend to anyone and would definetly like to go back there again."

| "It would have been easy to be disappointed with this apartment on first impressions as you approach the front door from the street. There is an empty building next door which does nothing for the aesthetics of the complex but this is the one and only negative thing I have to say.
The apartment is huge with the downstairs en suite big enough to host all of the Tenerife first eleven! You immediately feel at home in this bright, airy, and immaculatey clean apartment. It has all the mod cons and you can even keep up with the soaps from home on the satellite TV or listen to your tunes on the radio/CD player.It certainly beats living in a poky hotel room!
The complex itself is small enough to enjoy some quiet time but large enough to swing the hips if thats what floats your boat. The bar food on the complex is excellent, reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly. 10 minutes walk away is the little town of San Blas with more bars and restaurants than you can shake a stick at or for the younger ones, a 10 minute taxi ride takes you into Los Christianos.
I loved the apartment and the complex and have already booked up again."

| "although very familiar with the golf i was not familiar with this complex and booked it with some hesitation. As you pull up outside you are a little unsure as the club house next door is empty, however, on arrival, i can honestly say the whole family were stunned. The apartment, which is a duplex, is huge and it was immaculately clean! You can live in the bathroom in the twin downstairs. It must be one of the most spacious apartments in Golf del Sur, our kids loved it. there was direct access to the swimming pool from the ground floor terrace whihc meant they could play happily whilst we sat on the terrace and relaxed while keeping a close eye on them. Great complex, gorgeous pools. would happily stay again."

| "The apartment was really good value and very comfortable but the only set back was the noise from the planes especially at night because they are coming into land they fly low and can be noisy as it is a very busy airport. Was a little disappointed in the master suite jacuzi and shower as they made to much mess and had to mop everythime they were used but otherwise a really great holiday and location."
