| "We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa and it certainly accommodated all our needs in fine style! The pool area and choice of outside dining areas were perfect and as a we had a week of glorious weather, eating outside was a real pleasure. The view at night was fab!
For a large group the villa offers space and cosiness when required in an extrememly comfortable and relaxed enivorment
Thank you for providing such a high standard of accommodation.. It was the first time my family has been away together and staying at Casa do Lasco certainly wetted our appetite for more family holidays.
I would not hesitate to recommend your to other friends and family.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to Vera for a very professional and smooth service.
Finally thank to you and your family for all your help and for providing the basic grocery hamper due to our late arrival at the villa, it was very much appreciated.

| "Beautifully kept villa. Fantastic views. Maids very efficient. Easy reach by car to town. Air con would have been appreciated, as would a parasol by the sunloungers. Overall, a great place to chill out or base to go further afield.
Many Thanks"

| "Spacious, well presented and comfortable, in a very quiet elevated position, having a panoramic views to the sea. Very easily accessed from Faro airport. Fitted to a high standard, including wireless internet. Our party was participating in the World Cup Trampoline and Tumbling competition held in Loule. This was only a 10 minute drive away. Many beaches are available within a 20-30 minutes drive. Many thanks to Hayley for the meeting and greeting, and also to Anna for her housekeeping."

| "We had a wonderful time at the Casa Do Lasco. I suspect that this was due to three things, first, being met at the airport by the agent who 'held our hands' from the car hire, to the villa, gave lots and lots of local/ region information and showed, no guided us to the local supermarket. second, the villa itself was very confortable - in a scenic location, well maintained, welcoming environment and third advice from the owner to rent a car, even though the villa was close to amenities. As a result we had a good range of places to visit, to relax and to eat. And as a party of 9, we had enough personal space and able to enjoy being together, which could have been a nightmare! The one problem that was more of an irritation than a problem was maintaining constant electricity in the evenings when we were all downstairs. It was difficult to prepare a meal in the evenings if people were watching TV, we soon learnt that you could not have the kettle and DVD on and cook a meal at the same time. Knowing what to switch off took a few days experience but all in all we would highly recommend Casa Do Lasco and plan to return for Christmas 2009"

| "My self and an extended family of 11 stayed in this villa during easter 2006.
We had a wonderful stay and an excellent holiday. The villa was large enough to hold all 12 of us with no problem, it was clean and well equiped. The villa is in a small town and a little away from the beach but might not suit those who need a lively night life, a car is a must. The only draw back was the pool was not heated, this would not be a problem in the height of summer but at easter it was chilly as were the nights. I would thoroughly recomend this villa if you wish to have a relaxing holiday with wonderful views and superior accommodation."

| "The villa is a stunning property and in a great location, with spectacular views and acres of room for our party of 9. The pool table inside the house was also a nice addition and proved very popular!
There are some nice restaurants nearby, and a small shop just around the corner, but for a supermarket it's roughly a 15 minute walk, and on a hot day the walk back up-hill to the villa can be challenging, so we would recommend anyone visiting to hire a car.
We would highly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, and would also like to thank Hayley who was a great help to us during our stay!
We all had a great time, and hope to be back there soon!"

| "The villa is great - spacious, clean, well designed. The pool is far superior to a chlorine pool (you hardly notice the salt)
The villa and surrounding area are great!
Only one hitch.. we were a group of 11 friends and the neighbours complained if we sat outside for dinner. I would not profess our group to be the queitest of groups but neither the loudest. Essentially 11 people make a fair noise just chatting!!
Also for any other younger groups beware the maid gets a bit shirty if your not out of bed by 9am!!
I think this property is ideal for two families as long as you a of the queiter variety!

"Hi Tim Hope all is well with you. We are all suffering badly with post holiday blues,so to try and cheer ourselves up, thoughts have turned to next year. As we still have children in school & 2 of us work in school we are still tied to school holidays, thus putting up the cost of flights,so we always try to book as soon as they come out, which for next May half term 2008 will be the end of next week. We all really enjoyed our stay at your villa and were wishing we could stay a few more days.We were wondering if you consider rentals from Thursday to Saturday (9days) rather than the normal 7.(22/5/2008to 31/5/2008) I don't suppose you have next years prices sorted out yet,but we were wondering how much, roughly, the extra 2 days would be? I look forward to hearing from you soon Have a good week-end Regards Anji"

"Dear Tim
We had a brilliant time at your beautiful villa, some family and friends called up to us on Sunday and were very impressed, at one time in the afternoon there were 27 people in the villa but there was plenty of room for sunbathing and eating, and still have a homely atmosphere, the pool table was great for keeping the men (and some of the ladies) occupied. The view was breathtaking and we could see Sao Lourenco Church where Bridget got married from the pool area. Bridget and Nicky had a great wedding day, everything from the beautiful church to the Hotel Quinta do Lago where all the staff were more then helpful, and the food was excellent, I heard the manager brought the last of the guests home in the curtesy bus at 5.30am. Thank you to Haley for meeting us and all her helpful advice, and Ana is a lovely friendly lady, most days when she came in to clean the younger ones were still in bed from the late nights but she did a great job all week. Thank YOU for letting us stay at your beautiful villa, I would highly recommend it to anyone and hope I will get the chance to come back again some day soon. Best Wishes
Ursula "

| "We found the Villa very good, it was in a quiet location but within easy reach of local restaurants and Bars, the town of Almancil is within easy reach by foot or car and the beaches were within 10 mins by car, The villa itself was very well presented with all the facilities for a group of 12, it was tastefully decorated and felt like home from home. The pool was not overlooked, well maintained and certainly well used by our party, the sun loungers and chairs were well maintained and very useful. There are attractions and facilities within easy reach by car for those days not spent by the pool (Golf, waterparks, shopping and Zoomarine). I would recommend Caso Do Lasco to any one for large family or group of up to 12 adults for a relaxing holiday but with opportunities to get out and about."

| "We all had a wonderful time at casa do lasco. The villa was extremely spacious even with 12 of us staying there, and it was so nice to relax by the pool without being over looked by anyone. it was very private indeed. I would recommend the casa do lasco villa to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday... and for the more active, the beach and water park is 10 mins drive away (the jetski hire at the beach was fantastic).
A great time had by all.

| "A gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, spacious villa, with pool, suitable for large parties as well as families. Stunning views from the pool area and upstairs bedrooms are a bonus, as is the pool table situated upstairs. The nearest shop and restaurant are a short distance away (5 minute walk max) however for a wider variety of places to dine, or in order to visit the nearby beaches, a taxi is necessary. However this is easily arranged by phone. All in all a memorable and relaxing holiday, with enough space for all 12 of us!"

| "The villa is incredibly spacious, offering 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, perfect for our party of 4 adults and 5 children. The villa is both well furnished and equipped and we welcomed the benefit of maid service 2/3 times a week. The pool is not overlooked and provided the perfect setting for a relaxed family holiday. It's only a 5 minute walk to the nearest bar and restaurant but car hire is essential as taxis are few and far between in the nearest town of Almancil.
