| "Stayed at this villa for two weeks in Oct/Nov 09
villa was very nice and was as described, it was
very well situated and suited to our party of 9.
Just a few minor negatives that did not spoil our
stay but could be addressed.
Pool heating was pre paid but was not working
when we arrived, there was an apparent fault
This was sorted over the first few days.
The games equipment seems to have been a bit
abused by previous guests (I assume) and is now
not in good condition
There was sugar left in its container which was full
of little bugs, we threw it away and bought new
but the next day that too was full of these bugs
We finally cured that by moving the conatiners
to another place in the kitchen and purchased
a repellant spray which seemed to work well
These little bugs seemed to be everywhere
until we used the spray
I dont want to sound negative as this was a
very well kept property and the owner is very
nice and helpful and we loved staying there and would do so again if the above was addressed."

| "The house was nice and we all fit comfortably. Most everything we could have needed was there for our use. The only thing that was missing was bath soap in the bathrooms. I found this unusual. Finally, we had paid the additional charge to have the pool and spa heated. While we were able to heat the spa, we never got the pool heater to work. We were not able to use the pool because the water was too cold. Not sure how we would go about getting a refund for the pool heating since it was not used... Thank you for the use of your home. It was very nice."

| "was happy with the home it was surprisingly well equipt, however, there were little things that let it down, the fan outside didnt work, the bannister was coming loose, door handles were loose, the curtain rail fell down in downstairs bedroom, there were insects mainly in the bathroom but were all over the house (we have never seen them before so do not know what they are called). The house needs an outside light as it was difficult to key in numbers without being able to see the numbers.
As I have said it is a lovely home and these are only small suggestions to turn our recommendation from good to excellent"

| "My Wife and I have just enjoyed two glorious weeks in Kissimmee and McVilla was instrumental in this.
The property really did become our home from home during our stay and everything about the home was of a very high standard.
The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the sun from morning to sunset.
We would have no problem in recommending this property.

| "Would never think about booking a hotel after staying in this vacation home. Its home away from home. This house has everything you need to be comfortable away from home. Close to all the disney theme parks , and lots of other attractions. Great place to stay for the money. Loved this house, would highly recommend to anyone!!! Could use alittle more pool lighting , but all and all, this house is a GREAT place to vacation. Would definately return again!!!"

| "This villa had everything we needed for our family Christmas together. The property was excellent, the villa had everything we needed, a great help was all the towels! Especially with the pool. The owner was such a good help any questions we asked they were very quick to respond. This was a wonderful place to say, i would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay close to the magic of Disney or Celebration. A wonderful home with a great games room for lots of fun nights in also. The rooms were so well presented and the kitchen had everything needed to cater for our family of 10. Should you be concidering this property for rental i would say dont let it pass by, book it as soon as you can, i am quite sure that should we ever come back as a large family, we would be booking it again. I am disbelief how easy this whole process was, with all my concerns and hesitation to deal with internet information and owners from another country, this was the easiest vacation I ever booked. | "My family had a wonderful time.The home is beautiful. When we arrived the A/C unit was not working because the previous occupant adjusted the thermostat to low.I called to report the problem. They came out the next day and fixed the problem,and also refunded me one night stay.I would definitely return in the future."

| "the house was in an excellent condition and beautifully equiped with more than we needed, lots of comfortable deckchairs, lots of china and silverware, pots and pans, kitchen utensils. the only thing i would have wished for was WLAN for my laptop...but, okay, it's vacation... the service was good, just a little misunderstanding about the gas grill which was taken away twice...but just a call to Yvonne took care of that immediatly. So: we will definitely be back...and hopefully with ALL the family including my sisters two kids for whom everything is there, too...."

| "My family enjoyed our holiday at your home. Everything was exactly as described in your write up. In just a few short minutes we were able to shop and be entertained, whether it was Disney, SeaWorld, Old Town or the Mall of Millenia. The location is excellent and there were no hidden fees or costs. Everything worked and it was clean and well maintained. Your rentals people were very helpful when we arrived, as I didn't understand shutting off the alarm system. The internet connection was down and they were prompt in getting it serviced. The pool was lovely and clean and the house was awesome as my family is all grown lots of space for seven adults. We would love to return again, as the area was quiet and friendly!"

| "Right from the beginning we fell in love with this villa. We had actually tried to book it two years ago but we had left it so late our dates were taken, so we were happy when Mary's villa was available for our dates this February.
Mary was a lovely lady to deal with. We had problems trying to leave a deposit via the website as it says it takes American Express, when it actually doesn't, at least not UK-issued American Express. It may do now. Mary trusted us enough to hold the dates for us until we were able to send her a cheque, for which we were very relieved. The house has all the amenities we wanted as a family, plus her prices are very reasonable and it would've been very difficult finding something similar for the same price elsewhere. Believe me, I've looked.
The villa itself was just gorgeous. Opulent is a word that I'd use to describe it. My mother-in-law kept taking pictures:-). And after a delayed 9 and a half hour flight, it was just what we needed to 'come home to'. It's a well-appointed and very well-equipped villa. It was clean and well-kept and you didn't want for anything. My only minor grumble would be that I wish there were a couple more big bath towels. Other than that we could find no fault.
It has a tv in every room so all members of the family could go off to watch their own thing at the end of a day at the parks. It may sound anti-social but after days together at the parks it would be just what was needed, some alone time. The Playstation kept the men in my party happy and the jacuzzi kept me happy as I'm not a swimmer. I could relax in it whilst everybody else used the pool. The villa backs onto a man-made lake so you get a little privacy.
All in all it was a wonderful stay. The dates for next February are already gone, otherwise my husband would've been tempted to re-book the villa. It was all I could do to tear him away from the house. We didn't want to leave.

| "We had a great experience in Orlando in this vacation home. The house was in excellent condition and not only lived up to, but exceeded our expectations. I recently took a golf trip to Orlando with friends and our experience was lessened due to troubles with the vacation home's condition and amenities. It definitely did not match the online description.
The great time that we had in this home has renewed our belief in renting homes and we will definitely do it again. Most likely at the same location. Thanks!"

| "This was our first time renting a house on vacation and we totally enjoyed it. At the end of a long day of running around it felt good to come home to a house that felt like our own.
There was penty of room for all of us and the kids enjoyed the amount of room the house had, the swimming pool and the fact that they each had their own TV's in their rooms.
The only complaints that we had was that there were certain areas of the house that were not as clean as we would have liked them to be. One was the master bedroom comforter which had blood stains on the underside of it, another was the kitchen floor and cabinets were sticky and had food stuck on them. The only other disappointment we had was that the dryer did not dry the clothes without having to run it several times for 60 minutes at a time. But all in all the house was very clean and well maintained considering how many people come in and out of the home.
We would recommend the house to others who are traveling to the Orlando area."

I would recommend more tolietries, such as soap, and toliet paper. To make the stay more accomendatable, like a hotel these items are inclusive in stay.
Also on previous rentals through other companies, a privacy fence would help, since properties are so close together.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would consider on our next vacation."

| "We spent a week in Orlando with our children and grandchildren, 10 people in all. Home was well furnished and plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor pool was a big hit with the grandkids, even though we were on the go each day it was so nice to go back to the house sit at the pool and unwind. i would recommend this house to our friends and anyone else wanting a nice place to stay. Great location, and quiet neighborhood, never felt unsafe."

| "The house met all my expectation and then some!!! The house was very roomy and the kitchen is huge and the cupboards was fully stocked. The house was very clean and neat. It looks like a model home. All the kids are still talking about how fun the house was. It was so helpful that there is a dishwasher and washer and dryer. We saved probably a good $1,000 by staying at this house. I Will try to book it again this year. Hopefully, it will be available. | "We had an absolute wonderful time! Just wish the weather had been better....it rained the whole time we were there so we could not take advantage of the hot tub and pool. The home was so spacious and we loved the open floor plan. This was a "mom" spend the night party...we were there for our daughter's dance competition. We truly enjoyed cooking and dining in together....we watched movies and slept in every morning......it was a very restful trip for all of us!
