we found the property to be very clean and in excellent condition.
the complex is very nice and apart from the aircraft passing overhead is quiet, perfect for a relaxing break.
i would reccomend this property to couples of all ages."

| "The apartment was as described, set in a lovely quiet location, everything you need was in the apartment. The local residents on the Palms (lynda) and restaurant were all very friendly and welcoming. The pool's were well mainitained and clean and sunbeds have just been re-covered and new. Aircraft do fly overhead, but the noise was nothing to worry about, and we spent most of the time identifying which country and company they were from whilst lying by the pool. A car is needed, or if like us we did our trips in the early morning, and returned for lunch and pool. The apartment again was fantastic, lovely and clean and plenty of utensils with a good sized fridge, washing machine, cooker and microwave. The jacuzzi was fantastic after a hot day in the sun, takes an hour to fill, but was no problem for us as fill an hour before you need it and spend the time by the pool, which is meters away whilst waiting, am in the process of booking our holiday for next year in the same apartment. | "We felt that the property was spacious, clean, well decorated/furnished and had all that we needed for a week's stay.
Although the on-site bar/restaurant was good value and very convenient, the public areas of the resort looked rather "tired" and in need of decoration and repair. This was a shame as it is well situated for local areas such as Los Cristianos/Los Abrigos/El Medano etc."

| "We had a very enjoyable holiday at the Palms.
The apartment was clean, spacious and very well appointed.
It was so nice to arrive to milk and water in the fridge and a bottle of wine.
Superb location for the Golf course which my son made good use of.
Local bar/restaurant on site served good food and drink at a reasonable price.
Very quiet as only a few of the apartments are occupied.Had the pools nearly to ourselves.
Only slight criticism of cleanliness of pool area,sun loungers and matresses.
Occasional noise from planes and refurb of apartments on site.
Would definitely go back."

| "The property was conveniently located near to the airport, so no driving for hours to reach it. It was clean, well maintained and exactly as described, apart from the large bath which looked good but the hot water ran out before it got anywhere near deep enough! Kitchen excellent, decor good and main bedroom very comfortable. Roof terrace a little disappointing as it overlooks the main road where they are currently throwing up new houses at a rapid rate of knots, but it was a great suntrap. The pools were fab and terribly convenient, but way too cold in February (although that didnt stop my seven-year-old daughter and her friends!). On site restaurant more of a burger bar/cafe but some truly fabulous places to eat in nearby Los Abrigos, especially Los Roques on the harbourside. Pricy but worth it for a special meal. All in all, we had a good holiday... and would probably return there (once the building work has finished)."

| "A lovely apartment. it was beautifully decorated, with some nice touches. Very impressive bathroom with huge round jacuzzi bath. Well fitted kitchen. Comfortable bed. Lounge area had lovely furniture with matching accessories. Outside was a lovely terrace area and upstairs to a private roof terrace. The complex was very quiet in early December. Gardens in complex are well kept and attractive with several pools, allof which were very cold! nice pool bar with good snacks etc and friendly staff. All in all we had a really enjoyable, relaxing holiday."

| "On arrival at the resort was pleasantly surprised !! the palms was very clean and had some lovely pools. Our apartment was very spacious and the kids couldn't wait to get in the jacuzzi !! (although took along time to fill). We spent alot of time at the pool which was very very near our apartment which was also near the bar/restaurant - which served lovely food but was slightly expensive - but on the last day of our stay an english family took over and changed the menu and had a full english breakfast for 3.50 euro it was lovely. I heard that they would also provding evening entertainment regularly which must be a bonus because previous to this think had entertainment 1/2 week. The San Blas commercial centre was about a 20 minute walk and was very nice and had some lovely restaurant inc. english indian chinese.. I would advise having a car for some duration of the holiday so you could visit the main resorts although taxi's weren't that expensive - approx 16 euro each way!"
