| "The property was very good just like the photos, the furniture and furnishings were excellent, the area was very quiet and relaxing, easy to find and a short drive to the local supermarket, restaurants and shops.
We had a problem with a couple of ceiling lights, when the agency was informed of the problem they came round very quickly the same day and replaced them, very good service from the agency.
My only complaint is that although there is a DVD player for us to use it is only a region 1 player not multi-regional so it is unable to play UK/European discs."

"lovely spacious villa, well equiped with good quality tasteful furniture and fittings and nice pool area. lots of info available for things to do in surrounding area. car essential as no shops,restaurants etc in walking distance. Peaceful area. would recommend this villa."

"THIS IS A REALLY LOVELY VILLA AND WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH IT, BUT OUR ONLY PROBLEM WAS WE HAD A 2 YEAR OLD WITH US AND THERE WAS A LOT - AND I MEAN A LOT - OF GLASS FURNITURE! A NIGHTMARE!"

"House and pool area were excellent clean, modern and spacious
Property manager was helpful and responsive
Grounds need care (new bushes planted but lack of water system will have an impact on survival. Incude a sprinkler system and renters could also water lawn.)

"This was our second year for this rental.We loved it this time as much as last.The changes made to the villa were amazing.Very spacious and easy to keep clean.The weather was great and the golfing even greater.Had a wonderful time and will definitely go back."

"Clean and comfortable, great value, nice villa was everything it was cracked up to be.
The Rotonda complex can be confusing, so bring a garmin.
Close to Boca Grande Beach, a great place to swim and shell."

| "Wow, we stayed here about two years ago, the property has been fully refitted, there's now a plasma TV in the den, boradband internet with wireless, the floor has beautiful tile throughout except the bedrooms and the whole house has been repainted, what can I say but fabulous, we've booked for November. Thanks"

"The property had everything we required the pool was warm the villa spacious beds very comfortable, kitchen well equiped. Enjoyed watching the local wildlife outside the lanai/pool area. We had a very enjoyable holiday and would definitely reccommend the villa in fact we already have. Only thing that needs replacing is the sofas in the main room but that was not a problem they are still perfectly comfy. Will be using the villa again."

"My family and I really enjoyed this comfortable, spacious villa. It was ideally located for us, in a quiet area so excellent retreat after a days sightseeing. Also the private pool was not overlooked.
The only thing we would have added to this great property is internet access."

"The villa was fantastic, beauifully laid out and very spacious. We were very well looked after by the management company. They were always available on the phone and responded to small problems (like the ice-making machine in the fridge breaking down )really quickly and effeciently.. A few suggestions to make the holiday even better would perhaps to have a few DVD,s to watch , games consoles and internet access (for the three teenagers we have!!) Also there wasnt a fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds, which made it quite hot at night. However we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely consider returning. Thank you"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the villa - it was extremely spacious, well equipped and well air-conditioned. The children particularly enjoyed the pool.
The only suggestion we would make is that it would have ben useful to have a map of the Rotunda estate as we did have some difficulties finding the second access road!"

"We had a great time in Rotonda. The villa was excellent and the pool was great. The villa was very clean en well equiped.
We made trips to Tampa (Busch Gardens) and Everglades city. This is about a 2 hour drive but the roads are very good.
The beach is nearby, especially the beach of Gasparilla island is fantastic.

"The property was clean and in a nice location. The pool was warm, everything was to hand. We only had one problem which was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

"Outside of having to replace dryer vent hose, which i did myself as it was no big deal, everything was exceptional. Will definitely try to rebook next year. Excellent golf course in the area, beach is close and lots of places to shop. Locals are very pleasent and helpful."

"I just have two comments and they are not necessarily negative
1) another entry key would be nice
2) although not always feasible, a checklist of things already 'damaged' (much like when you rent a car) just so you know going in what may already be 'damaged'. We noticed several stains and marks on the rug that we hoped we would not be though to be responsible for and a mark(much) like a burn on the stove. I think this would put the renter at ease but am not sure how that could be incorporated
But all in all, had an excellent vacation, was very comfortable in the house, and would definitely rent this or similar properties in the future rather than going the hotel route."

"Rented the property for a week in August travel time from Kissimmee 2 hours via interstate. Property met all are expectations having rented villas in florida before, clean, spacious well maintained and would definitely return if visiting this area again and most definitely would recommend.Found neighbouring residential people very friendly.Beaches in the area fabulous Boca Grande a definite must!"

"Lovely property in quiet location. However felt the transit time given was unrealistic, as it took us 3 hrs each way from the airport (orlando international) with no hold up's and for this reason if was recommending to someone this would be a main point to mention.
Overall a pleasing stay.
