| "I have stayed at The Palms before and it is undergoing a refurbishment for the complex not that in anyway it detracts from a holiday, you would hardly notice any works being carried out.
All apartments have now been sold so it is no longer time share, with owners buying and then letting people like us rent them for a week or two. This is now begining to show with owners updating the apartments on offer to rent.
The Palms on this visit we found was quiet and very relaxing with excellent facilities, with access to more facilities in the surrounding area."

"Overall accommodation was fine. However some furniture needs renewing namely the sofa bed. I Also think the shower and bath need replacing, if this was done it would make the propety a lot more attractive. As to the Palms site its self although there was sign of some renovation work being the site could do with a complete makeover pools etc. Having said that the club house was freindly and well run."

We have now replaced the shower. We found the sofa to be perfectly good working order but have steam cleaned it.

| "The property itself was clean and well maintained. Our stay was for 18 nights and in that time there was only one towel and linen change which I did not think was sufficient for that length of time.
The complex was very disappointing and I felt we should have been told that it was not a functioning complex, despite this we were always made welcome at the pool bar/restaurant as this was the only thing open and as the complex was exceptionally quiet there was limited activities going on there also. There was also quite a bit of redevelopment work going on with properties that have been bought which made the complex quite untidy in parts.
We visited this resort last year and were aware of the low flying aircraft unfortunately 28 The Palms was directly on the flight path which was found to be a bit of a problem for us. As we had stayed here last year it was easy for us to know where to go, for people not knowing the resort/island they would have to look further afield for advice on where to go- our property did have some written information but I know this was not the case fro other properties on the complex."

| "The property was as described and very well furnished and a well fitted out kitchean. The patio and roof terrace was very good and again well fitted out with chairs etc. The gas barbacue was great. The jacusi was a bit of a waste of time though as it took over an hour to fill to the requred level. The Palms complex was a little run down and could do with a heated pool (we went in December. Although the plane came in directly overhead they did not bother us."
