| "Large well equiped apartment nicely located for local bars/restaurants/beaches/pool/supermarket/bakery.Everything within walking distance although a car is required for anyone wanting to get a bit further.Equally ideal for family beach/poolside or laid back relaxing holidays.Would definitely recommend to anyone.Marion very friendly and helpful and happy to give any info or assistance."

| "Spent two lovely weeks in Kapparis at this well equipped, comfortable apartment.
It is located close to all the amenities needed (supermarkets, pool, restaurants, bars, beach) and with a car it was easy to explore other parts of the island.
The apartment had everything we needed, the cool box was very useful for trips to the beach and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery. It was very clean and is nicely decorated. There is even a collection of DVDs and books to use!
Would highly recommend a stay at this apartment in this relaxing resort."

| "Exceeded our expectations as the pictures do not show the full extent of the size of the apartment. You were left needing nothing on your arrival.Fully equipped with nothing lacking and everything was just a stones throw away. Couldn't have asked for more.
The owner was very friendly and helpful in all communications."

| "Lovely villa, location a little of a let down in comparison with other areas of Cyprus (small beach with poor acces, lots of building works including blocking the road that we were directed to take for access to the villa)
None of this reflects on the villa itself which was new, clean and tidy.
I won't use this villa again but that is because of the area, not the villa itself.
I also must add that access was only a problem because we had a toddler and a buggy to lug around.."

| "The apartment looked immaculate when we arrived and there was more utensils, crockery,towels etc than we would ever need and certainly enough pans and cooking facilities to make a three course meal for 6.
The apartment is situated just far enough to avoid any noise from the bars and the main road - but close enough to the pool and local pubs to avoid any long hikes.
The nearby restaurants are very good (particularly Karas Tavern) and the owners are really friendly."

| "As avertised by the owner, the appartment was truly home from home. We had everything we needed all of which was very good quality. The appartment is in a vey good location in the village of Kapparis and just a gentle stroll from the lovely Firemans Beach. The appartment was immaculately clean and very well thought out. We had a wonderful four weeks and are planning to buy a property too!"

| "The nicest, best furnished & equipped holiday rental apartment I've ever stayed in. Marion provided absolutely everything imaginable for an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay. The sheer quality of the fixtures, fittings and linen was outstanding - way above the usual standard for holiday rentals in my opinion. A score of 110% on my own big, fluffy bath towel index! Another really nice touch was to find water, milk & juice ready in the fridge together with the all important jar of coffee for an instant pick-me-up on arrival. An apartment that I've already recommended to friends as well as asking Marion to pencil me in for a week next June!"

| "We loved our stay here. The location is fantastic, lovely and quiet and near fantastic beaches and friendly restaurants. Also easily accessible to other areas too such as Protarus.
The apartments is like home from home with everything you need and very comfortable. The information pack is also very helpful and informative if you don't have a personal tour guide (i.e. mum and dad) as we did! I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely return in the future."

| "Everything in the apartment and the locality was as good as or better than described. The owner has put a lot of thought into what people need to feel at home.
The tourist and local information provided for visitors by the owner was excellent and very helpful.
If I was not taking posssession of my own apartment I would definately book this apartment again.

| "The Edessa Apartment was clean, spacious and pleasantly decoreated.
The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and their were numerous towels.
We have now decided to buy our own property in the area but would have no hesitation in recommending the Edessa to friends and family in the future."
