| "Really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Very comforatable, fully equipted. Girls loved the cupboard full of DVDs, games, ect. Steps not a problem, well coming down was okay! Only one problem for us, didnt say on the description that the pool wouldnt be open, very disappointed about that as a pool is our top priority for booking a villa. Had 3 upset children to deal with, lake was great though.
Would recommend this villa to our family and friends. Pool open from MAY....."

| "A fabulous 2 weeks in this appartment, just the two of us and more than enough space, very well kitted out and an amazing view! Secure and quiet - we had no neighbours for our first week, and quiet and friendly ones for the second! Great pool. Instructions and directions all very clear, no contact with management after we arrived but none needed. Recommended."

| "We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean, spacious (for four people), well decorated and comfortable. It was well equiped (although we would recommend they add a teapot and a stepping stool for the bathroom (so little people can reach the sink)). Towels - lovely and fluffy !
The location is lovely and is sunny most of the time, although it can only be reached using some fairly steep stairs. The stairs were NOT a problem generally but I was keenly aware that it would not be suitable for those who have trouble with stairs (wheelchairs, prams, bad knees, etc).
The key collection/drop off is a little complex as it is not in the same town as the apartment but it was no problem and didn't detract from the holiday. Do bring a good Italian road map with you as the ones that come with the rental cars don't really help.
If you have not done this type of holiday before it helps to know that there is no welcome pack, so it is best to come come with some essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, soap, dishwasher tablets) so that you can fortify yourself before you do the large grocery shop and/or so you don't need to buy large size packs of essentials for a short stay. Don't let this put you off, just come prepared.
The Lake area was great and we had a good time doing the local sites (gardens, villas, castles, etc) as well as a super trip to Gardaland amusement park for the Halloween special."

| "Really well presented apartment with plenty of room and facilities to make for a great holiday. Very well furnished in all rooms and a well equipped kitchen (although would have appreciated some soap, washing up liquid and toilet paper on arrivial). Very quiet location when we visited (mid Sept) meaning we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Good access to the major towns on the west side of Garda and a fantastic terrace overlooking the lake."

| "The property was perfect. Well equipped and in a perfect location with a phenomenal view. I would definitely recommend this property and location. A hire car is pretty much a must though as it is a fair way up the hillside, away from civilisation, but this is what gives it its fantastic view over the lake. The directions from Brescia (Montechiari) airport were awful though. We were told by the company to use "Michelan route planner", but when we arrived they weren't helpful atall and we ended up guessing the way!!"

"Lovely modern apartment with fantasic views over Lake Garda and in a quite village, maybe a little too quiet!. Well equiped inside with games etc for children, lovely little garden (secured for smaller children) but we were disapointed that the grass was over a ft long, so not much use to our 18 month old!. Good 10 minute drive into main town but the views were worth it. Returning the key on our morning of departure was a bit stressful and it would be good if the owners could have put a secure key book outside the apartment or let us post the key through the front door. Overall good family apartment."

So sorry about the grass! We were assured it would be cut before your arrival, then told it would be done while you were there. However, due to a change in management company's handling the residence's upkeep, it wasn't done as it should have been. The problem has been resolved now but apologies once again.
