| "This property is situated slightly out of the way – which suited us perfectly. It’s in a quite area, which appears to be more residential than holidaymakers.
The pool area is lovely and quite & not overlooked. The property is very clean and well equipped. There are sadly a number of foreclosure properties around (one being next door) where the gardens have been left to go back to nature, but this does not detract too much from this lovely property.
We had to ring the property company because we had a wasp nest starting - they where there within an hour and it was sorted!
I would whole heartily recommend it to another friend.

| "What can I say???? This place is FANTASTIC. The property is lovely, the photos do not do it justice, the place is huge and very well maintained. It has everything you could possibly require and alot of stuff you dont need but its great to have. The location is lovely and peaceful with great uninterupted veiws of the conservation land. The pool area is very private and the pool is great, alot bigger than I expected and lovely to relax in at the beginning or end of a busy day. The management company were very helpful, I couldnt connect to the wireless internet and they were round to help within 15mins. We had a fabulous holiday here, the only problem being it just wasnt long enough. I highly reccommend this property!"

| "This is an excellent property and had everything you need for relaxing holiday. The villa was spotless and well equiped. The pool area was fantastic and again spotlessly clean, with no other villas or pools backing onto the house it was great to spend a lot of time relaxing in and out of the pool. I would have no hesitation in recomending this villa and would definately love to come back in the future."

"We had a brilliant time, the villa had everything we wanted and more.
The only problem we had was with the door locks - for some reason we couldnt release them and it could have proved dodgy with two young children.
Would definitely stay there again."

The Management Company are always on hand to sort out any problems. On this occasion they reported the locks to be functioning correctly and were easily opened from the outside.

| "The property has a very good layout and was beautifully furnished. The place was well maintained and spotlessly clean. I could not fault the place. The pool area was also clean with plenty of loungers and chairs. The area was nice and peaceful with a lovely view from the pool of conservation area.
We had a wonderful months holiday, and would not hesitate to return or recommend the house to friends."

| "Location is excellent for Theme Parks and other attractions. There are good restraunts and shops close by. Florida Mall about 30 minute drive away is excellent for the larger shops. We had a problem with the pool one day. We phoned the agent and then went out for the day. When we returned a note had been left confirming problem resolved.
I would rate the property as excellent location, especially if with a family, excellent sevices, the property had all the fascilities for a comfortable stay, and excellent service from the agent."

| "The web photos do not do it justice, marvellous home, fully equiped. For relaxation the pool area is great, early mornings sat outside watching the local wildlife. Highly recommend to everyone. Near to Disney and Universal but far enough for tranquility. Near to Highway 192 with plenty of family freindly places to dine. Supermarkets near by with all the essentials and more.
Just wanted to stay forever."

| "the property was all it said it was and more. extremely quiet and relazing location, within easy reach of all that Orlando has to offer. the pictures do not do justice to how large the property actually is, the bed in the master bedroom is huge! the villas living areas allow for everybody to have their own space and do their own thing. the pool, with solar heating, was lovely and warm and the games room has lots to offer, but we did not have time to use it, even though we were there for three weeks. the management company were very friendly and helpful, even when we couldnt connect our laptop to the internet they were there within 5 minutes to help!. we would have no hesitation in recommending this property,"

"A family group of seven thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this villa, which is an excellent property. It was more spacious than expected and very comfortable. Wonderful pool, not overlooked, a real haven of peace after excessive Disneyfication!
Just one niggle - whoever described it as being 10 minutes from Disney main gate must have had a helicopter! It took us never less than 20 to 25 minutes using either the I-4 or the 192.
Otherwise, outstanding value and highly recommended"

| "The house and location were great, we were near the disney parks and close to downtown Orlando.
The house worked on every front, it was large, a great layout, the pool was fantastic, and the rooms worked to have a great restful (if you can call disney restful) and pleasant stay in Florida. The view was great over green fields and trees.
I will be recommending this property and the area to my friends.
Thanks to the owner of this property for helping to make the holiday a great time for our whole family."

| "How do i start?! We stayed in this Villa for 10 nights from 05 Jun - 15 Jun 08. Just got home yesterday. When planning a family holiday, we decided on booking a Villa as it was our 18 month year old daughters first holiday. We shopped around for a few weeks, then i came across this one. I was amazed by the price and informed my mum (who was paying) immediately. She agreed that it looked lovely and made the booking.
The photos on this site could not have prepared us for just how lovely this villa really is. The presentation of this property and the fact it is extremely well kept are just the beginning. I know we are far from the first parents with young children to worry about the safety of their child when hunting for the right pad, but this villa was extremely safe for her. A brand new cot, highchair and bedding were provided, all of which met both our and our little girls approval! This took away the hassle of an extra baggage allowance too!!
The bedrooms/bathrooms are of a good size and all of the ammenities are there for you. The same applies for the kitchen as it has everything you could need (including a kettle for the Brits!!! Thank god!!!). The dining and lounge areas are lovely too, with very nice decoration (unlike most we viewed!).
I am very glad we took our Laptop, as this allowed us to keep in contact with home and also check-in for our return flight, using the wi-fi connection also included within the property.
The view from the pool was lovely (conservation land). The pool itself was clean and altogether gorgeous, especially at the end of a long day!
In summary, this villa proved to be way above our expectations and is a credit to its owners (whom were also very quick/helpful with our questions!).
Thank you so much for giving us the oppurtunity to stay in your villa, we are really looking forward to visiting again!!!

| "Just returned from this villa and had a fabulous time. The villa exceeded our expectations. Really clean, nicely designed, lovely pool and good games room. Stylishly decorated and comfortable. We were so pleased!!! Easy to reach parks from the Retreat. Walmart and Publix close by - so can get your shopping without any hassle. Dining out places close 10 minutes away. All ideal for us.
Just lovely to come "home" to a super villa at the end of a long day at the parks. The villa looks out onto a conservation area so not overlooked at the back. Hope to visit again."

| "Lovely property, well fitted out and all mod cons, very spacious and clean, pool very nice and well maintained.
The weather we had was warm during the day but was cooler at night, we did pay to have the pool heated and it was warm by the afternoon but cooled overnight so may have benefited for a cover as it was too cold for a morning dip.
I would think that during the summer this would have not been an issue as the temperature does not drop so much.
I would like to say a thank you for helping us to have a great holiday in a beautiful villa."
