| "We very much enjoyed our stay in the apartment. However, the improvements we feel would have made the stay even better would be for more items to be included (such as oven gloves, washing-up liquid and washing detergent). The safe was unusable as it was locked when we arrived and not much hot water was available. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very comfortable."

| "Arrived and was met promptly by Emma (the letting agent) who showed us round the apartment. She went on to say the central heating did not work but had put an oil filled radiator in the lounge so we should be ok. We were freezing the first night so I rang and pointed out that the reason we had picked this apartment was the fact it was advertised as with central heating. She said they had tried to get it fixed before we arrived but it was too expensive!. She did however supply us with another oil filled radiator for the bedroom and to be fair this, together with the fixed heater installed in the bathroom meant that we were warm enough. The apartment was well furnished and the kitchen well equiped except that there was no microwave, which we thought unusual. I think one would be an asset. The only other comment was although the curtains in the lounge looked nice, they were only voile, so if anyone had to sleep in there it would be very light. overall a nice apartment and the complex was good for golf. They did a special afternoon price of 46 euro per person. The gated access was good."

"Overall we were very satisfied! Maybe a few remarks theres no clothes dryer and no dish washer, allthough this is mentioned in the add.
Furthermore, to our opion changing of linen should happen every 3-4 days, not once a week.
And towels, you only get 1 towel for daily use and 1 towel for showering so, we had to wash them every day.
All the rest was very luxurious and we had a great time."

There is now a clothes airer available for use on the terrace. There is no mention of a Dishwasher available in the apartment for guests use.
Extra cleaning can be requested at a local cost. Please ask the property management for extra details

| "We kept expecting there to be a catch with this property but there really wasnt one! We had a wonderful week in this apartment and thoroughly recommend it. The location is fabulous as it lies between the mountains and the beautiful sandy beach. Its about 10-15 min walk to the beach and only 5 to the little shopping area which has a supermarket, bank, pharmacy, and a great little bar - cant remember what its called but it has Lizards printed on the window! - good food and friendly staff.
If I had to look for negatives there are only 2 small ones - a full length mirror in the flat would be useful and as we were there in mid-June (pre-high season) theres only really 1 reasonably priced restaurant within walking distance.
This was a great place to come for a girly chill out week and we would truly recommend both the area and the apartment."

| "The owner of the property kept in constant contact with me prior to my arrival, which was great. And answered any questions via-text after arrival.
I loved the security of the apt. complex. We like how close the beach was to the apt. and how quite it was. The small market provided fresh bread every morning, which we loved.
The apt. was clean except for the kitchen. The towels that were provided to us, each one had black stains on them. We also would have liked more privacy in the living room. No shades or curtains just shires, so at night neighbors could see in.
We did enjoy our stay."

| "The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was also in a very quiet and secluded area and close to the beach. We discovered that we were only half an hour from Benidorm and an hour from Alicante so had a couple of good day trips, there is also a fantastic shopping centre about 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. The whole site was spotless and it was the ideal place to take our son for his first holiday! Thanks to owners and Rachel at the property management co for our stay!"

| "we enjoyed our stay and had good weather. The flat was very good - clean and easy to maintain.
The resort centre was about 5 mins walk - it would have been useful to have a map.
There was only one bar/restaurant open fully during the week - clubhouse restaurant closed - only open friday and saturday nights which was disappointing.
Lack of transport was an issue - it would have been good to have local taxi number and a daily resort bus would have been helpful to access local town.
We will not go back to that resort but will look at resorts closer to towns/facilities - we do not think that was made clear in your summary of this rental.

| "The Apartment was lovely, in a good location and very quiet. However there were minor problems with the Hi-Fi, which did not work, a replacment was provided by the Management Co. Also, despite the details on your web site, there was only one, not two, loungers, and even that was broken and unuseable, consequently we were unable to lounge around the pool at the complex."

But the rest is perfect: site, residence, swimming pool, and the beach.
